The company was established in the year 2009 by Mohammed Abdul Razzaq (MS occupational safety & Health Mgt, from London, UK), GRADIOSH, currently pursuing PhD in Health and Safety, the Managing Director of IISS, assisted by Mr. Md Abdul Rasheed, Mr Mir Ehtesham Ul Haq and Mr Abul Khair Siddiquie to provide a unique bespoke service to clients large and small.

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY PREPARATION
A written Health and Safety policy is required by law for companies employing 5 or more employees. The Policy must contain a signed statement of intent, roles and responsibilities and specific arrangements for the management of health and safety within the company. IISS can work with you to prepare a policy specific to your requirements or review and update your existing policy.
Conducting risk assessments
Risk assessment is central to safety management and a recurrent legislative requirement. IISS can work with you to conduct all necessary assessments including general workplace, COSHH, DSE, manual handling, fire and work equipment. Experienced consultants will ensure that assessments are specific to your needs and in line with current legislation and best practices.
Health & Safety management reviews & audits e.g. ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001

Noise survey

Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statement
This Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy Statement covers the activities of conducting HSE training at various location in INDIA & Overseas.
The Imperial International safety services (IISS) Team recognizes that our activities can cause risks to our employees, to visitors and delegates as well as the environment in which we work. We will therefore endeavor to mitigate, control and where practicable eliminate these risks through the introduction of an effective HSE management system. Our management system will focus on:
Ensuring compliance with all applicable HSE laws, regulations, rules, codes of practice and permit conditions.
Minimizing the adverse effects and promoting the positive effects of our activities.
Providing the necessary resources, education, skills and motivation to ensure consistent implementation of this policy throughout the assignment.
Maintaining effective channels of communication with all ES&H regulators and stakeholders.
The IISS Team believes that all accidents and incidents are preventable and we will adopt a Zero Accident philosophy for all activities. This philosophy will be reinforced through the following objectives:
Promotion of the “Zero Accidents” philosophy throughout the assignments. Prevention of pollution and damage to the environment Elimination of human error as the cause of accidents and incidents Effective communication of lessons learned with employees, delegates and
client’s. Promotion of a “no blame” culture to encourage the reporting of near miss
incidents.
