  • Cooperation with Tarnopol our Ukrainean twin town In June 2008, we hosted the 17 young people with their teachers of the Ukrainian Ternopil (Tarnopol) During their stay young people implemented a joint program: Poland and Ukraine - Historical and cultural consequences of our neighborhood. Polish and Ukrainian youth spent their time hiking Podbeskidzie mountain trails and visiting Chorzow (the twin city of Tarnopol), Krakow and Silver Mine in Tarnowskie Gory.   • Comenius Assistantship 2009/10 The Hungarian Assistant is currently teaching at our school. Thanks to Lifelong Learning Programme COMENIUS Tibor Szilagyi, a teacher assistant from Hungary arrived in Chorzow. His adventure with our school began Oct. 19 and will last until June. Tibor Szilagyi graduated from the University of Budapest and is a qualified teacher of history and English.
