WHAT TO EXPECT A GLIMPSE OF THE PHILIPPINE MARKETThe unprecedented impact of the novel coronavirus disease or COVID-19 is expected to dampen the global economy as a result of the business lockdowns due to the pandemic. In the Philippines, the government imposed an Enhanced Community Quarantine in Luzon region including Metro Manila and other provinces to contain and stop the spread of the virus. Amid the contraction of the economic growth, Asian Development Bank or ADB, projects a 6.5% growth in the Philippines’ Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in 2021. A bounce back on the economy is anticipated as the government sets a recovery plan that caters to both consumers and businesses and sustained which includes sustaining pubic investment particularly the Build, Build, Build Project.
As the new normal sets in following the mandate that imposes various quarantine procedures, the government continues to intensify safety and health guidelines for different sectors to help the society adjust to the new normal. As for businesses, many have stretched their �exibility to go digital in order to adapt to the new normal and changed strategies for business continuity.

Our company provides smart solutions to make buildings smart starting from the visitors’ management, parking system, door access, energy management, and more. This IFSEC show is a great opportunity for us to showcase the latest technologies to help the corporations and customers, and make their lives easier and address their challenges. System Hub is a distributor company of auxiliary products like automation, �re alarm systems, and entrance control. The government is developing more infrastructure projects and the private sectors have also increased their progress too. So we believe that the products that we offer are in demand in this market and we also like to offer this in the Philippines to have a more stable growth in terms of auxiliary and security products.
