By standing together, we won more than $4 million in back wages and interest. Aſter years of standing together, the courts sided with SEIU members and rejected an appeal from management. The case stems all the way back to 2011 when the County violated our contract and imposed a freeze on promoons and pay increases. Payments for eligible current employees will be issued via direct deposit. As with any wage payment, the final payment you receive will reflect any applicable payroll deducons.
