PREPARATION• Wipe wood with soft lint free rag. Sand lightly with

400 grit sand paper. Wipe off dust.• Basecoat with Multi Purpose Sealer, Dry. Sand

again and wipe off all dust.

PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS• Trace design onto tracing paper. Lay Graphite

beneath tracing paper. Transfer major design only using stylus.

• Basecoat shoe True Red. Make a wash 50% water -50% Alizarin Crimson. Brush wash all over shoe and while still wet lightly pounce with a piece of dampen paper towel to add a little leather mottled look. Shade Napa Red.

• Use 10/0 Liner and paint Metallic Gold line along the top of the High Heel.

• Use #4 Flat brush and paint bottom of heels Lamp Black.

Orange Fat Cat• Basecoat Snow White. Transfer detail.• Eyes: True Blue. Pupil Lamp Black. Snow White

Stylus dot on right sides of pupil.• Nose: True Red. Shade Alizarin Crimson. Highlight

Neon Pink. Nostrils are Lamp Black.• Shade body Burnt Sienna.• Inside Ears are Bubblegum Pink.• Whiskers are Snow White.• Use the Black Permanent Marker to draw in eyes,

facial and furry details. Refer to picture.

Purple Cat• Basecoat Cat Lamp Black.• Eyes, Muzzle, tip of tail and Paw: paint Snow White

and then with Snow White dab muzzle, tail and paw again using a small Deerfoot brush.

• Use the Medium Deerfoot brush and dry brush entire Cat with Dioxazine Purple. (Pick up paint on Deerfoot brush and wipe it off until almost dry.) Dry brush again with a very dry brush of Snow White.

• Paint eyes True Blue and pupil Black. Add a tiny Snow White stylus dot on right sides of eyes.

• Use 10/0 Liner and paint thin whisker hairs fi rst with Black and then Snow White. Use Stylus to add small Black dots on muzzle.

• Paint nose True Red. Shade Napa Red and high- light Neon Pink. Add a small Snow White comma

Divide paw with Black lines.• Basecoat the Ribbon around the neck True Blue.

Shade Navy Blue. Use liner and paint wavy lines for highlight.

Peek A Boo Kittens• Basecoat Snow White.• Eyes: True Blue. Pupil Black. Snow White dot.• Inner ears are Bubblegum Pink. Shade Alizarin

Crimson.• Use Permanent Marker to draw furry lines and divide

paws.• Paint thin Snow White wavy whiskers.

Bottom Grey Cat• Basecoat French Grey Blue.• Paint the negative space behind him Lamp Black.• Eyes: True Blue. Pupil- Lamp Black. Paint small

comma stroke Snow White and a stylus dot on left sides of eye.

• Top of head, muzzle, chin and paw are Snow White. Use small Deerfoot brush and dab again more Snow White and on front leg. Paint thin hair lines on paw.

• Paint nose Bubblegum Pink. Shade Napa Red. High light Neon Pink and paint small Snow White comma stoke and a dot. Highlight Pumpkin.

• Paint inside ears, eye socket, arch over eye, smile line, Lamp Black. Use 10/0 liner and paint thin whiskers of Lamp Black and then Snow White.

• Paint the ribbon around his neck True Red. Shade Alizarin Crimson.

FINISH Varnish with two coats of Satin Varnish
