After a threadbare discu s sion following decisions were taken: _ TARGET: DEOs will share the updated UDISE data of all schools like Govt./Govt aided, Private (aided & unaided), TTAADC, Madrasa (recognized & un-recognized), Scheme to provide Quality Education (SPQEM) in Madrasa, Central (Kendriya, Navodaya, Army, Kasturba Gandhi Memorial) Schools, Sports dept. schools etc comprising of number of enrolled children category wise for both morning and noon session by 29th Nov, 2016 (Format would be shared in email). DEOs will also submit an updated list of head masters/principals of all schools with contact numbers (mobile) and address by 29th Nov, 2017. MEETING/TRAINING: DEO of respective district will ensure his/her participation at District & Block level co- ordination committee meeting to be organised by Dept. of Health during 1st week and 2"d - 3rc1 week of December respectively. The block level trainings may be planned in the month of January, 2017 after the State level training. DEOs, DISE & DNOs will sit together at district level to fix up dept. wise training schedule. The training schedule shall not collide so as to ensure availability and time to Resource Person. Share the training schedule with SNO during State level co-ordination committee will be held during 1st week of December. Trainings would be organised block wise comprising 40-50 participants in each batch avoiding joint or clubbing of blocks. DEOs & IS will ensure integrated distribution of Drugs, IEC & Training materials during block level trainings. Ensure involvement of PRJ members during District & Block level trainings. During trainings, more emphasis should be given on fear of teachers during any adverse event, managing adverse events, resistant children, parents and reporting. PRIVATE SCHOOL ENGAGEMENT: DEOs shall identify the number of Private schools in the districts and categorise them as resistant and non - resistant. DEOs shall organis e a separate meeting with all Pvt school & bodies like (Diocese, Missionary , Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Ramkrishna Mission, ISCKON, Jamiyat etc) involving the District Magistrate. DEOs & CMO will issue letter addressing private school management for conducting NDD. DEOs will ensure participation of representative from all Private schools (both aided & un-aided) during Block level training and all logistics (medicines/training & IEC materials) arc handed over. If necessary separate training may be organised at district. NDD block level launch may be held in the resistant Private schools for better coverage and setting a milestone.

TARGET:

DRUGS, IEC & TRAINING MATERIALS:

• DEOs will share school wise drugs & IEC materials requirement (Format would be shared through email).

• Block wise bundles of Medicines, IEC & Training materials will be distributed among

DEOs during State level training that would be held during the I st week of January, 2017.

FUND:

• DEOs will submit district wise updated bank account number and IFSC Code by 291h

Nov, 2016

• SHFWS will ensure transfer of funds either through RTGS or NEFT within 3rd week of December.

REPORTING CASCADE:

• DEOs will notify Block School Inspectors as the Nodal Officer for NDD at block level. The reporting structure for NDD Feb 2017 round is as below:

)> School to IS (by 22 Feb, 2017) )> IS will analyse reports (by 24 Feb 20 17) )> IS shall meet with Block Nodal Officer to discuss & analyse the school reports

(by 27 Feb 2017) )> BNO shall upload the finalised reports by 29th Feb 2017 in the NDD app.

MISCALLENOUS:

• Every School should display the Name & No. of School, Contact no. ofMOIJC & MPW

duringNDD & MUD • Districts & blocks shall go for joint monitoring during NDD & MUD. • NDD district launch should be organised in the low performing school at the block level

during Aug round. , . . • District Magistrate would ensure that PRI bodies are mvolved dunng block level

meetings and trainings. • Dewonning shall be included in the agenda of the Block & Cluster Resource Centre

(BRC/CRC)
