HOW TO BUY A TICKETRemaining available ticket types can be found over at the official Intel® Extreme Masters Sydney 2018 website.Limited tickets can also be bought on the day at Qudos Bank Arena unless sold out prior.

HOW TO UPGRADE YOUR TICKETIf you would like to upgrade your ticket, or have general ticket enquiries, you can get in touch with Ticketek at @Ticketek_AU or by phone on 13 28 49. The ticket upgrade process involves purchasing the upgraded ticket and refunding your current one.

WHERE TO PICKUP YOUR TICKETIf you chose to pick up your ticket rather than receive a digital ticket, you can do so at the box office near the main entrance, which will open at 11:00 for guests picking up tickets.

AGE RESTRICTIONSThis event is legally restricted to persons 15 years and over, unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian of 18 years or over exercising parental control. Proof of age may be requested.

GENERAL INFORMATION

ENTERING THE ARENAUpon entering the arena, you will be asked to show your ticket which will grant access into the arena.

BAG CHECKSBag checks on approved bag sizes (found here) will occur upon entry into the arena. No backpacks of any kind will be permitted into the arena and will need to be cloaked at the external cloak room.

Once Goodie Bags are taken outside the venue, they cannot be brought back in, and will need to be cloaked as above.

GOODIE BAGSGoodie Bags will be available to GA Plus, Premium and Global Elite ticket holders, and can be picked up from inside the arena at any point throughout the weekend. Please bring your ticket confirmation email and a form of photo ID.

If multiple tickets have been purchased in a single order, only the person who purchased the tickets will have their name listed at the collection area, and be permitted to collect Goodie Bags for the entire group. Please ensure the person who purchased your ticket is aware of this.

FOOD & DRINKThere will be plenty of food and drink booths within the venue, as well as restaurants in the surrounding area. Please note that food will not be permitted from external sources into the arena.

BROADCAST INFORMATIONAll games on the IEM Main Stage will be broadcast on the official Intel® Extreme Masters Live Stream website.

VODAFONEThe ESL Women’s Sydney Open, presented by Vodafone, will be held at Intel® Extreme Masters Sydney 2018.

After two online qualifiers, the top four Women’s CS:GO teams from across Australia and New Zealand will be chosen to compete at the ESL Community Stage at IEM Sydney. Teams will play the first portion of the tournament on the Vodafone booth on Saturday, May 5th, with finals held on May 6th live on the ESL Community Stage.

ESL COMMUNITY STAGEWe are thrilled to announce the return of the ESL Community Stage to Intel® Extreme Masters Sydney 2018, featuring an array of Australian esports, including the ESL Women’s Sydney Open, the WCS Challenger OCE qualifiers for WCS Austin, and more!

The ESL Community Stage will be held in the Qudos Bank Arena Community Hall, running all day from Friday to Sunday. Make sure to download the ESL Event App for all updates and schedules.

ESL WOMEN’S SYDNEY OPEN, PRESENTED BY VODAFONEThe tournament gathers the best women’s teams from Australia and New Zealand to compete for the opportunity to play live at the ESL Community Stage for a prize pool of $10,000.

The top four Women’s CS:GO teams from Australia and New Zealand are set to play on Saturday, May 5th at the Vodafone booth, with the grand finals held on Sunday, May 6th live at the ESL Community Stage.

WCS OCE CHALLENGER SEASON 2 FINALSThe StarCraft II WCS Challenger OCE qualifiers for WCS Austin, Texas will take place live on the ESL Community Stage on Saturday 5 May, 2018. The WCS circuit represents one of the most prestigious esports events throughout the globe.

At IEM Sydney, the top eight competitors from the broader ANZ region will face off to decide who will be taking home the lion’s share of the $10,000 AUD prize pool. The top two finishers will also secure their spots at WCS Austin, with a total prize pool of $101,000 USD, up for grabs.
