    About Mentorship

The aim of the mentorship process is to give an opportunity to a few

selected teams to get in touch with the brightest experts and

luminaries from the industry and clarify any Business plan

related queries. Some of the mentors have also been active in checking

of entries for Phase I. The mentors are assigned on one-to-one basis to

all selected teams in the Business Plan vertical. This mentorship process

shall last till January 5, 2012. All teams are expected to

rehash their Business Plans as per inputs from their mentors.

The teams shall then submit their final business proposals by

    23:59 hrs on January 5, 2012.

It is to be understood that mentors are professionals from

the industry who have either started up themselves or who aid

budding entrepreneurs in starting up. So queries directed to

them shall gain insights which are generally unthinkable.

    1. Please keep in mind that the mentor will have professional andpersonal commitments as well. Therefore, he/she will often not be

able to respond to your mails/calls immediately. Please

discuss with your mentor about the best modes and times of

    communication.

2.Apart from e-mails, interaction with the mentor can take placethrough the following means:

Phone call Personal meeting (in case the mentor is from the same

location and is willing to meet)

Skype call (useful for mentors based outside India)3.Please discuss the above with your mentor to find out what

would be mutually convenient for both of you.

4.Please respect the personal space of the mentor. Do not call orask to meet them at late hours or at a time/day which is

inconvenient for them. Please cc the E-Cell mail id, [email protected]

in all your communications with your mentor.
