IDN Advocate & Connect – Mentoring 1/3Learning from your Peers, an IDN Mentorship Program
We aim to provide a platform for all IDP-Cers to gain insight into the skills and capabilities of IDP-C members, share knowledge and increase their visibility, grow their network and their opportunities for new board appointments.
How we define Mentoring?Mentoring is defined as sharing expertise from the mentor to the mentee. Coaching focuses on extracting answers and solutions from the coachee.
Who is eligible?Mentors: INSEAD alumni, in Chairman or Senior Board rolesMentees: IDP-C – Women “IW50” in stage 1 / open to all members after

IDPN Advocate & Connect – Mentoring 2/3Learning from your Peers, an IDN Mentorship Programme
How does it work?All IDP-C Mentors and Mentees interested should send a complete application to the program to include an updated CV.IDN Mentoring Committee will do its best to pair mentors and mentees.
What is the duration of the programme?We anticipate that a mentoring arrangement will be of one year.
After each term, both mentee and mentor fill in a report of what went well, what was more of a challenge, and conclude with suggestions for improving the program.
