responsible for significant overhead expenses huge clinical demand ( 3 to 9 month wait lists)

No full time University secretarial, administrative staff

If all Dermatologists agreed to participate ◦ 10 hours of small group tutorials ◦ 60 days of in office teaching 480 hours? ◦ Roughly 500 hours of teaching per dermatologist

Dermatologists are not willing to commit this time ◦ Most have students or residents for 1/3 of their
