Free Garbage Dump Day Last Saturday of the Month

Last Saturday of Every Month is free dump day. 208 E. Blanton Street. TAKE THE TIME TO CLEAN UP LITTER WHEN YOU SEE IT. Put your trash in dumpster not furniture/yard waste/large items.

Board Meetings are usually the 2nd Sunday of the Month at 1pm. If you have something you

Dues

Please pay your dues. If you don’t pay your dues you or your children or grandchildren will

not be allowed to swim, participate in group activities, use the dumpster, or the clubhouse.

Property owners that pay late have a $25 a month late fee added each month they are late.

Important– Before you get your notice about going to court for

not paying your dues please call Mary Mitchell to work out

financial arrangements.

Dumpster Cleanup

The board has been trying to

cut costs in several areas.

We are no longer going to

pay someone to pick up

around the dumpsters. We

are going to ask each of you

to please pick up items if

you see them around the

dumpster and place them

back in. Sometimes the

wind gets a box or bag and

out it comes. Please make

sure all garbage goes in the

dumpster. Thanks for

making HideAWay Hills a

cleaner place.

Swimming Pool News

Only DUES PAYING members,

their children (under 18) and

their grandchildren and their

guests( which can’t be a non-

dues paying property owner)

are allowed to enter the pool

area. NO OTHER PROPERTY

OWNER can pay for a NON-

DUES paying property owner,

their family members or

guests unless of course they

would like to pay for the non-

dues paying property owner’s

dues. No exceptions

Clubhouse Rental

Clubhouse Rental is $50. Please see Mike Burnett. Your $50 will be returned if the club-

house is cleaned and all in proper order. We have had some new repairs done in the club-

house as well as the bathrooms.

Lawsuits issues—make sure you don’t get sued

Ordinance 67 citations for old, poor condition campers and mobile homes and unsightly property. Fines will be assessed and court action is in process.

Volunteers Needed

We need volunteers to help maintain the areas around

the roads. If you see branches hanging over the roads

please feel free to cut them down as well as any over-

growth of weeds. Things can be cut down 12ft from the road. Volunteer Day is August 10th

but you don’t have to wait. Any day is great! Let’s join together and help keep this place

clean.

Article XI Section 2 Any dues not paid shall run with the lot, property or

land. Prospective purchasers should check with secretary prior to purchase

to find out if dues are current. (Yearly dues are effective by Feb 1st for the

year.)

Underground Ham

1/2 T Worcestershire Sauce 2 T butter 1/3 c. chopped onions 3 c. cubed ham (or sliced up pieces) 1 can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese (half the box cut up in cubes for easier melting) 8 C. mashed potatoes 1/2 c. milk 1 c. sour cream Salt to taste 1 package of bacon chopped fried Melt butter. Add onions and ham. Heat. Add Worcestershire sauce,

soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Remove from heat and put

into casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes, adding the milk and

sour cream and salt. Layer potatoes over meat mixture. Bake at 200

degrees until hot. Sprinkle with bacon bits over the top. Serves 12
