OUR PROCESS

The ICON ‘Features and Finishes’ has been designed to offer a smooth building and selection process using pre-selected “Style and Décor” colour schemes that have been specified, tapping into the passion, experience and skills of our distinguished colour consultant. Below is a summary of how this process works:

1 Find Your Home

Meet with our New Home Consultants to start narrowing down which communities and floor plans fit your family’s needs and lifestyle. With our many different designs and layouts, we’re sure to have a home for you!

The Reveal

With a design in place, we are able to provide you with a detailed specification outlining all the “ins and outs” of your home. We will also present you with how your Kitchen will look and the Electrical and Lighting layouts.

Prelim Agreement

Once you have selected your new home and are happy with the quoted specification offered, you will meet with your sales consultant to sign a preliminary HIA Contract.

Style and Decor Appointment

The journey then takes you to review our ICON “Style and Decor” colour selection boards. You will pick one of our stylish offerings with our colour consultant and finalise your selections.

Purchase Agreement

Any changes to your original quote will be finalised, and you will meet with your New Home Consultant to complete the signing of your HIA contract, and have the build process outlined.

Enjoy Your Home

Once we have finalised all of your “touch-ups” and you have signed your final papers, you’re now an official member of the G & P Builders family of home owners - Congratulations!
