Integrated Care Management (ICM) was the first corporate tenant that opened at Avalon. ICM is a leading provider of integrated disability and case management services. Michael Rice initiated the budgeting and planning effort with ICM’s CEO Kevin Hill and CFO Chris Albrecht. These management leaders wanted the new space ‘to convey the feeling of a family-style work-place; a ‘we-are-in-it-together’ everyday environment’. The loft-style office of brick, wood elements, open ceilings, and concrete floors evolved. Rice organized a project team of WB Interiors, Office Creations, and A-R-T.
