TTS Technology Investments aligned with Client Needs
• Continue to investment in Core product development / Enhancement; 55% of total development budget spent on enhancing core platforms e.g. Trade, Supplier Financing, Payment Applications, and Operating Accounts (Flexcube)
• Digitizing Flows and Ecosystem for new value add products and services; 24% of development budget is focused on ‘Digital Bank’e.g. CitiDirect BE, CitiDirect BE Mobile/Tablet, and TreasuryVision
• Leverage combination of predictive and historical data for better analytics and business Intelligence
• Building partnerships across other Citi businesses for innovative solutions for our clients
