DESCRIPTION

Cattabriga: a partner for excellence. In 1927 a talented Italian engineer, Otello Cattabriga, patented a mechanical system to make Italian style gelato. The system actually imitated the “Stir & Stick” movement of Italian gelato artisans of his time.
