Aloe Vera or people ussually called Lidah Buaya is a plant species which mostly contains the leaf
pulp or meat-containing lymph nodes and eyes. While the outside of the leaf form of quantitative

sodium, iron, zinc, and chromium. Combined vitamin and mineral elements in this plants serves as
a natural antioxidant which among others can prevent heart attacks and premature aging with
preventing DNA damage from free radicals. Research at Hoshi University in Japan showed Aloe
vera contains antioxidant compounds that can eliminate free radicals due to radiation.
Also aloe vera is also used to help launch the digestive tract, difficult defecation, cough, sore
throat, diabetes mellitus increases the body's immune system, overcome the worms and heal
wounds.
Aloe vera is indeed famous for full benefits, ranging for health as ingredients for medicine, for
beauty as a cosmetic ingredient , hair care shampoo ingredient and as an ingredient for food or
beverage manufacturing such as Iced Aloe Vera Cendol. So Iced Aloe Vera Cendol isn’t only delicious , but the materials are easily found and it is also has
a lot of benefits. That’s why I choosed it as my product for selling in SMAN 1 Puri and for
completing my english task. Well , want to know how to make it ? Here is the steps.

How to make Iced Aloe Vera Cendol:
Material:
10 pieces of aloe vera leaves
300 cc water
500 cc coconut milk
250 g brown sugar
250 g sugar
3 pieces of pandan leaves
300 cc lime water
Tools:
Knife
Stove
Telenan
Pot Vessel basin
Directions:
Peel the aloe vera leaves, then take the meat meat, after that wash it, and cut it into pieces.
Soak it in lime water until not sticky , then drain it.
Boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and put it in vessel basin.
Boil water again with all the sugar and pandan leaf, then strain it.
Combine the coconut milk that has been boiled with sugar solution and aloe vera in a glass,
then add ice cubes. Iced Aloe Vera Cendol has been ready to serve.
