It shows through our imagina-tive catering menu at the Indiana Convention Center & Lucas Oil Stadium, where we’ve cooked up a variety of service options for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Treat your guests to beautifully presented plated dinners, imaginative break service selections, appetizing party trays, butler-passed hors d’oeuvres, dazzling buffets, irresistible desserts as well as exciting chef-attended action stations to take your food and beverage event to tantalizing new levels. We specialize in chef-inspired dishes that reflect the local tastes of the region as well creations with a decidedly international flavor. With our “pick and choose” format, you can go as simple or elaborate as your budget will allow.

GENERAL CATERING INFORMATION
PAYMENT POLICY
For Meetings A 75% deposit and signed Food and Beverage contract is due 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the opening of the event. All money due to Centerplate will begin to accrue 1.5% interest from the date of the invoice for all sums over 30 days. Additionally, any costs of col-lection and enforcement of the contracted services will be the responsibility of the client. For you convenience, payment may also be made by Master Card, Visa or American Express. For Social Events A 25% deposit is required upon signing of the contract. An additional deposit of 50% of the total estimated food and beverage is required 30 days prior to the event. The balance of payment is required 72 hours prior to the event by cashier’s check or credit card. Any additional charges in-curred during the function will be due on completion of the event. For your convenience, payment may also be made by Master Card, Visa or American Express. Guarantees Three (3) business days prior to your function (Monday through Friday), please advise the Catering office of the exact number of guests attending. This number will constitute the guarantee, not sub-ject to reduction, and charges will be made accordingly. If no guarantee is received at the appro-priate time, the expected attendance will be used as the guarantee. If the final guarantee is less than 66% of the originally proposed guarantee, a 5% price increase will apply to the final guaran-tee. Increase in attendance given after the final guarantee deadline may be subject to a 15% sur-charge. Centerplate will not be responsible or liable for serving these additional guests, but will do so based upon the availability of product. At our discretion, Centerplate will set and be prepared to serve 5% over the final guarantee, to a maximum of 30 people. Prices Prices will be guaranteed three (3) months prior to the event but are subject to change due to fluc-tuating market prices. However, once you have made your selection, the menu prices will be guar-anteed sixty (60) days prior the event. A 20% service charge and applicable sales tax will be ap-plied to all food and beverage sales. If you are a tax-exempt organization, Centerplate requires a copy of the Indiana Gross Retail & Use Tax Certificate with your signed banquet contract. If the certificate is not received prior to invoicing, Indiana sales tax will be collected on all invoices.

SPECIAL EVENTS Meal functions of 2,500 people and above are considered “Specialty Events” and may require cus-tomized menus not in our guide. Your Catering Sales Manager will work with you to design menus that are creatively and logistically appropriate for large numbers. In certain cases additional labor and equipment fees may be applied to orchestrate such events. A 20% service charge and current sales tax will be added to all food and beverage costs. CHINA SERVICE All food and beverage events in Lucas Oil Stadium, with the exception of plated meals, are accom-panied by high-grade disposable ware. However, if china is a necessity, the following fees will be applied:
• Breakfast, Lunch, Receptions and Dinners: $2.00 per person per meal period • Refreshments of Coffee Breaks: $1.00 per person per break
CANCELLATION POLICY For cancellation of contracted services less than two (2) weeks but more than 72 hours prior to the event, Centerplate is to be reimbursed for any and all labor and unrecoverable product expenses incurred in conjunction with planning for the event. Any event cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the event will forfeit the 75% deposit. TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES The applicable Indiana sales tax will apply to all food, beverage, labor and equipment rentals. A 20% service charge will apply to all food and beverage charges. HOLIDAYS There will be an automatic additional labor fee for food and beverage service or preparatory days on the following holidays:
• New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
DELAYED SERVICE On the day of your event, if the agreed upon beginning or ending service time of the meal changes by 30 minutes or more, an additional labor charge will apply. COAT CHECK SERVICES Centerplate can provide professional coat check services for $2.00 per item ($350 minimum for a 4 hour period) and $20.00 per hour labor charge past 4 hours.

LABOR CHARGES Meal services are based on the following:
• Breakfast service is based on four (4) hours which includes two (2) hours for banquet set-up, one (1) hour for service and one (1) hour for clean-up.
• Lunch and dinner services are based on five (5) hours which include two (2) hours of banquet set-up, two (2) hours for service and one (1) hour for clean-up.
• Reception service is based on four (4) hours which includes one (1) hour of banquet set-up, two (2) hours for service and one (1) hour for clean-up.
In the event that the service period exceeds the above time frame, an additional labor charge of $20 per hour per wait staff will be applied. BEVERAGE SERVICES Centerplate offers a complete selection of beverages to compliment your function. Please note that the State of Indiana liquor laws regulate alcoholic beverages and service. Centerplate is re-sponsible for the administration of these regulations. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought onto the premises from an outside source. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated or underage persons. Alcoholic beverages may not be removed from the premises.
• A bartender fee of $75 per bartender will be waived when the minimum sales of $350 is generated per bar during a three (3) hour function. After the three (3) hour period, $20 per bartender, per hour, will be applied regardless of sales.
MINIMUM ORDERS Centerplate requires a minimum order of $250 on all food and beverage orders otherwise a $75 labor fee will be applied. CONTRACTS A signed copy of the Event Contract and Banquet Contract must be returned to the Catering De-partment with seven (7) business days after receipt. The signed contract with its stated terms and addendum (if applicable) constitutes the entire agreement between the client and Centerplate. CHAIR COVER FEE A fee of $2.50 per chair, per function will be applied to your account for the assembly and disas-sembly of specialty chair covers.
