Single side & double sided PCBs with polymer holes technologies

Single side PCBs : - Standard : track width ≥ 200 microns CEM1, FR1. - High density with fine tracks < 200 microns CEM1, FR1, FR4. - With conductive jumpers : carbon ink, silver or copper polymer paste.

Double sided PCBs with polymer holes : STH with silver paste, CPTH with copper paste : - Standard : CEM1, FR1, pitch 1.5 mm, silver hole diameter 0.5 mm or 0.7 mm, copper pads 1.2 mm, tracks ≥ 200 microns. ( screen printing technologies ) - High density : CEM1, FR1, CEM3, pitch 1.2 mm, silver or copper hole diameter 0.5 mm, copper pads 1 mm, tracks < 200 microns. (Japanese roller coater technology and photo process)

Special low cost single side consumer PCBs : - Carbon through holes and second layer with carbon ink. - Silver through holes and second layer with carbon ink. (Sony technology for remote control or front panel) - Silver through holes and second layer with silver jumpers.


Double sided PTH & multilayers technologies

Double sided PTH PCBs (copper plated through holes) : - Standard : Tracks width > 150 microns, FR4, photo-sensitive soldermask. - High density : fine tracks width ≤ 150 microns, FR4. - Special types : thick copper, thin core, jumpers, shielding planes, golden PCBs, hard gold, etc…

Multilayer PCBs : - Standard (4,6 layers) : FR4, photosensitive soldermask. - Specials types : thick copper, thin core, etc… - High layer count (8 to 20 layers). - High density (HDI) : Micro-via technology, build-up construction, laser holes, bumps, very small tracks, etc… - Low cost 4 layers : CPTH, polymer holes with copper paste, FR4 (Sony technology). - Back panels : thick PCBs, press-fit technology, large size PCBs.


Flexible & Flex-Rigid PCBs technologies

We run a close control of our suppliers quality organization and products quality. We monitor their PPM reject ratio and run strong corrective actions if they drift from their targets.

Worldwide Logistic Support : We have two logistic platforms in HongKong.We optimize customers transport costs by leveraging global shipped quantities (6 Millions PCB & 2 Millions technical parts shipped every month).Freight costs negotiation, goods grouping, transport by express, containers, customs issues handling, etc.
