Hotel Principles

In hotel restaurants and bars, all drinks are served by the glass. Service in bottles is not available.

Alcoholic drinks are not served to children under the age of 18.

Only the beverages mentioned above are served in Restaurants and Bars.

All the beverages served at the bars have the permission of the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.

The Minibar is replenished daily between 10:00-16:00 (To complete the service please do not forget the DND Card on the door).

Room Service is available 24 hours with extra charge (For Presidential Suite and King Suites free of charge).

C/out procedures must be completed before 12:00 noon. Late c/out is extra and available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. The guests must check with the hotel’s Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to their departure on availability of late c/out.

Entertainment schedule, operation hours and locations of restaurants and bars can be changed by the management.

The guests of the hotel can invite their friends as daily guests for 30 min in the lobby area Meetings that are over 30 minutes will be chargeable. The documents of the daily guests (passport, driver’s licence, ID card) will be checked by security of the hotel at the entrance.
