■ Sub-Capacity License Counting Rules are well-defined and described on clear examples

■ ILMT calculates PVU strictly according to Sub-Capacity License Counting Rules

■ Manual calculation and ILMT calculatoion of used processors must give the same results

■ Manual calculation is available in a few cases as a replacement of ILMT
