As one of the major supplier in the Kurdistan region of Iraq operates over 6 concrete plants, utilizing over approximately 50 mixer
trucks to produce nearly 600 thousand cubic meters of concrete annually.

At Iberia, we understand that our product, concrete, is one of the most unique and versatile building materials in the world.
It can assume virtually any shape and reach great strengths. Concrete is ideal for any building project such as residential
homes, schools, high-rise buildings, bridges, dams, highways etc. Concrete is perishable in its plastic state and very
"sensitive" from the time the raw materials are combined to the final product. Mixing, transportation, placing, and curing
can influence its plastic and hardened properties. This is why Iberia Ready Mix Concrete places great emphasis on quality
by expanding the parameters of its concrete quality management model from quality control to quality assurance. Iberia
Ready Mix Concrete is leading the way to higher quality practices with the implementation of a Quality Management System
based on the guidelines and principles of ACI 121.

Located on masif road and not too far from Erbil City Centre, Media City is heart of commercial and culture of Erbil.
Including residential, office buildings and villas, media city is one of the Highlighted development projects in Erbil.
We are honored to be part of this development by providing more than 50,000 m3 of concrete.
During our 6 month contract, 8,000 m3 class 45 concrete casted in mat foundation as well as 8,000 m3 of same class for
towers structure. Regarding the project needs we provided spider and station pumps.
Having a tight relationship with our client and project managers we delivered an incident free job with highest quality
before deadlines.

FAMILY MALL EXTENTION:
Most modern shopping centre in Erbil with over 130 shops located on 100m road expands its retail pace by nearly 14000
m2 throughout 3 buildings.
We requested by our valuable client to cast 12000 m3 of class 40 concrete in foundation piles, 47 meter deep and 50 cm
wide.
Special pipe provided to ease the pouring process and concrete workability improved by using the chemical additives.
Situated next to a busy shopping mall and very vast construction site with limited access made it almost impossible to
reach the casting points without creating more costs to the project. However after several site visits by our engineers we
offered using horizontal pumping and casting through air ducts with pumps which did not applied any extra charges to the
client and the project.

DIVAN HOTEL CONFERENCE HALL:
With over 1000 m2 of total meeting facility spaces Divan hotel is leading in its business.
Conference hall and Exxon Mobile office constructed as an attachment to the hotel building,
10,000 m3 of concrete casted with minimum of disturbing to the hotel guests and no interfering with hotel business.

BAHRKE INTERCHANGE:
We are at Iberia always honored to be a part of infrastructure projects to make an even better Kurdistan.
Baharke Interchange with underpass and flyover bridges located at Erbil city centre, included of 20 meter wide and 750
meter long underpass with 110 meter prefabricated beam cover, two overpass bridges with 800 meter reinforced earth walls
and 400 meter post tensioned slab.
Since March 2014 we have placed more than 40,000 m3 of concrete in varied classes from C-14 to C-50.
Pumping concrete to the long distance requires improvement of Mix design, Super plasticizer applied in order to achieve
extensive workability of the concrete.
To keep the ready mixed quality on its max in higher temperature during the summer, special cooling tower installed to
keep the mix temperature under 30 degree Celsius during mix, delivery and casting.

KARACHOOGH CEMENT FACTORY:
Due to the urgent need of the Kurdistan region to the supply of cement for the purpose of rehabilitation and construction
projects, which are progressing rapidly in the region, the construction sites were depending mainly on the cement
KAR Company initiated the policy of investing in the field of cement production factories, as it obtained a contract to build
a cement factory with capacity of 6000 T/day in karachoogh 70 km from Erbil city centre
We awarded a contract from our valuable client KAR GROUP on 2015. Two batching plant have been installed as well as
a testing laboratory to monitor the quality of our product. 7-mixer trucks and 3 concrete pumps are full time operating.

DOUBLE TREE BY HILTON
DoubleTree by Hilton, currently under construction, is a 190-room business hotel located in the heart of the city of Erbil
in Kurdistan. The development represents Hilton Worldwide’s first hotel opening in Iraq.
During our one-year contract over 27,000 cubic meters concrete of class 45 and 55 have been placed in foundation and
structure.

ERBIL BUSINESS AND TRADE CENTRE
Located on Mosul Road Erbil Business & Trade Center Tower is one of the major development projects in Erbil.
Highest Tower in Erbil with 35 floors and the area reaches 200.000 m2.
Structure divided into 2 section.
The front section is a 5-star hotel and the rear section is commercial building.
Considering the size of the project we installed a batching plant with 1000 m3 capacity of concrete production per
day at project site. 9 truck mixer, 3 station pumps and 2 truck mounted pumps are operating at the site.
28,000 m3 of concrete in mat foundation of the 27 stories residential tower placed. Special chemical additives applied
because of the high temperature during the casting time. The casting job went on for 3 consecutive days 24 hrs without any
breaks during the casting to avoid cold joints. 8 number of truck-mounted pumps worked as well as 3 number being on
reserve at the project site to be replaced the possible failed pumps.
