January 2015 – Present Behance - http://www.behance.net/pachecoandre I’ve been uploading to my Behance profile some of my design artworks, mainly digital collages and poster collections. I make them as a way to study new techniques and keep my creativity flowing.

October 2013 – May 2015 Vestiário Vestiário was a digital magazine about pop culture, lifestyle and politics. We were a collective of more than 10 people. I founded and co-coordinated this project, and was responsible for the website design, development and maintenance. I eventually wrote articles and designed editorial artworks. We conquered great results and built an engaging community around us.

January 2013 – September 2013 Maria Clara Lima, Singer Digital presence planning and execution for the Brazilian singer Maria Clara. The job scope included strategic communication for social media, contacting bloggers and influencers. There was also editorial content writing, artwork designing, and qualitative monthly reports.

June 2017 – Present Get User To Ireland, Brazil Founder, Creative Director, UI/UX Designer Get User To is a studio focused on developing web applications for engaging experiences. One of my primary duties is to think of solutions for our clients, proposing improvements and new features for the range of products. I also oversee the development within the development team and handle directly with clients, guaranteeing that everything runs smoothly. Since 2017, we have delivered more than 30 promotional landing pages using different APIs – including Spotify, Deezer, YouTube, Google, Facebook and Twitter – for both Brazilian and European markets, the majority of them for the music industry. The results for our clients have been being positive, with fans engaging and increasing product consumption as well as brand awareness and significant figures for leads captured using our webapps.

March 2018 – Present Liboo Music Contractor, home office Newsletter Editor Liboo is Universal Music Brasil’s official local Dance Music label. I am responsible for the newsletter content, creation and implementation of the editorial agenda, tracking of the results and the qualitative analysis of our figures. April 2016 – Feb 2019 Universal Music Brasil Contractor, home office Newsletter Editor Writing in Brazilian Portuguese and designing newsletters for the company’s acts, also designing and copywriting some promotional landing pages using the company-owned tool. I worked in tune with the marketing team to develop the best strategies to achieve the planned results; my job also included monthly reports with qualitative analyses of our numbers. We achieved great results, including the growth of critical figures, such as subscribers retentions and engagement.

October 2015 – June 2017 Connector Dublin, Ireland UI/UX Designer, Front-end Developer Designing interfaces from scratch based on the clients’ needs, developing websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS and WordPress — sometimes I implemented third-party WordPress themes depending on the project, but I coded the majority myself. I occasionally designed imagery content for different purposes, such as social media and infographics. I left the company as am employee in 2017, and since 2018, I have been offering my service as a freelancer for handpicked projects. Clients I have been involved with include Huawei, Benecol, UEL, The Harbour Bar.

March 2014 – July 2014 Aurea Music São Paulo, Brazil Label Manager Planning and execution for the label’s releases,

content producing and management of the artists’

channels and online presence, also building

relationships with bloggers, content creators and

influencers. I was responsible for strategies for

digital distribution and advertising, as well as

taking part in meetings and calls with the team,

artists and partners regularly.

January 2013 – March 2016 Universal Music Brasil Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer Contractor, home office Design and art direction of an assortment of

digital artworks — online advertisement campaigns,

social media artworks, channel customisation,

newsletters, Facebook promotional tabs and landing

pages for the Brazilian branch. I had to follow the

artists and releases visual guidelines combining

them with my creativity; still, I was allowed to

propose new design ideas and bring other solutions

to improve the general work. The job we developed

together as a team was in the earlier stage of the

company’s digital presence, and it helped to pave

the way for the next steps and improvements that

have taken place.

March 2012 – February 2013 Agência Ideal São Paulo, Brazil Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, Front-end Developer Responsible for GE do Brasil’s social media

artworks, infographics, landing pages and

maintenance of their official website, as well as

imagery content for internal purposes like special

print brochures. I was part of a team, including

high profile journalists and PR professionals,

handpicked to be responsible for this important

client’s online presence. Time to time, I was also

available for the agency’s other clients, such as

Nike and Gatorade.

P O R T F O L I OBin of Old Behaviours Get User To in partnership with Connector 2019 - Webapp Client: Greyhound Recycling and Recovery My Scope: Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, HTML/CSS To commemorate 2019’s Pride Month, Get User To in partnership with Connector, launched “Bin of old Behaviours”, a webapp designed to help people searching for homophobic tweets and delete them, making the Internet a less toxic place. The campaign sparked conversations online all over Ireland, securing over 13 articles in the Irish media, earned over 6 million media reach and impacted more than half a million people on social media. Singular Act Brasil Get User To 2018 - Webapp Client: Universal Music Brasil My Scope: Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, HTML/CSS Sabrina Carpenter’s Brazilian fans were invited to create their Spotify playlist, featuring a personalised cover with some of her lyrics. Fans could choose lyrics from the album, which one with its own pre-selected songs playlist. Logging in with their Spotify accounts, fans should follow the steps to get their playlist cover: 01) select the favourite lyrics from the album in a shortlist; 02) upload a picture from their device if they didn’t want to use the default Spotify profile picture.

Huawei Snapys Connector 2016 - Brochure website My Scope: UI/UX Designer, HTML/CSS, WordPress Huawei Snapys was an Irish competition for the Instagram community; its main website was thought to work as a hub containing info regarding the categories, sponsors, prizes. After working on the website art direction and interface desigin, I started coding the HTML/CCSS from scratch. The last step was the WordPress implementation.

Huawei Snapys is an award-winning project, receiving the “An Post Smart Marketing Awards” in 2016 and “APMC Marketing Awards” in 2017.

The Harbour Bar Connector 2018 - Brochure website My Scope: Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, HTML/CSS, WordPress The Harbour Bar is one of Ireland’s most iconic pubs and is described as “a true destination pub with an unmatched character”. I had the opportunity to redesign their website in late 2018. Through Connector, I was tasked with developing and creating its new website. The primary instruction I was given was to convey through the website the bar’s unique character, and I had the carte blanche to bring new ideas and solutions. See online: https://theharbourbar.ie/

All the themes were designed and coded from scratch; the usage of plugins was majority left for performance and security features. They also have plenty of features beyond WordPress’s basic functionalities.

http://universalmusic.com.br/anavitoria/ #1: In Selena Gomez’s “Back To You” landing page, fans had the chance to write a message and download it as a polaroid image with a custom picture; the website was created to promote both the song and the soundtrack of the second season of “13 Reasons Why”. #2: In Years&Years page, fans could type a secret message using the band’s unique alphabet created to promote the album “Palo Santo”. #3: In ANAVITORIA, #3, users could secretly choose one the album’s symbols and customise a message with their pictures. I applied open-source javascript plugins that I customised. I was also Project Manager, Art Director, and UI/UX Designer.
