INTRODUCTION:
During State Level Advisory Committee meeting, the then Additional Chief Secretary (Industries & Power) Shri.Paul Antony, IAS has directed MSME-DI, Thrissur to prepare a
directory of testing/calibration laboratories in the State of Kerala. A Performa was prepared and was sent to laboratories in the State and the Directory was prepared based
on the information received from the laboratories. The preparation of this Directory is a combined effort of Officers & Staff of MSME-Development Institute, Thrissur; MSME-
Testing Station, Ettumanur and MSME- Training Institute, Ettumanur.
OBJECTIVE:
• To have an accurate picture of available testing and calibration services across the State and to identify possible gaps to be filled;
• To provide relevant information to the business community in the State on the testing & calibration facilities available in the State.
