Offering specs similar to its sibling 8150 phone, the i-mate Ultimate 6150 lacks an alpha-numeric keypad butincludes the small integrated joystick and has a larger 2.8-inch LCD touchscreen. It features a front-facing VGAcamera for making video calls on compatible networks, as well as a 2-megapixel camera on the back with flashthat captures both still photos and video. Other features include Wi-Fi networking, wide range of Bluetoothconnectivity options, FM radio tuner, MicroSD memory expansion, video outputs for projectors and displays,and up to 4 hours of talk time.

This unlocked cell phone can be used with a GSM network service provider and it provides quad-bandconnectivity (850/900/1800/1900 MHz). It does not come with a SIM card, and it requires that you provide a SIMcard for usage with your selected service provider. This phone comes with a one-year warranty from a thirdparty provider.
