Head of each departments are requested to prepare the requirement of equipment and consumable and the budget in consultation with
staff members which will be submitted in the Governing Council meeting. Normally the Governing Council will approve the proposal
put forth by the HODs. The Trust board (i.e) Management will release the money as per the budget approved by the Governing Council. The
management is very keen in students welfare. Student feed back is obtained for physical facilities and the same will be provided
immediately.
Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance
The organizational chart is strictly followed for the Governance. However, staff and students can freely express their requirements to the Principal and same will be satisfied as per the merit of the case.
Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance
Once in the middle of each semester opinion poll is taken from all students and action taken thereon. At the time of issuing their T.C. a feedback is taken from the students, which is given due consideration
Grievance Redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

X. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Mention the admission test being followed, name and address of the Test Agency and its URL (website).
Based of cutoff mark in qualifying examination.
Number of seats allotted to different Test Qualified candidates separately [AIEEE/CET (State conducted test/University tests)/Association conducted test]
65% of the sanctioned intake seats allotted to the government quota and remaining 35% seats admitted under management quota based on cutoff mark in HSC or its equivalent.

Internal Continuous Evaluation System and place
In each subject two monthly tests–and one model examination are conducted. The internal assessment is based on the performance of the students in the tests,. However retest will be conducted for the absentees.
