Hyva offers a complete range of state of the art oil tanks, both steel and aluminium. The design of the tanks is fully adapted to the modern trucks and tractors and the available tank supports, straps and profiles make fitting very easy. Our oil tanks are robot welded to secure the quality. Most tanks are equipped with a 10 micron air breather filter integrated in the filler cap and an oil level indicator. The optional return line filter has a 25 micron filter with an efficiency of 98,7%. To complete your hydraulic kit Hyva can supply all necessary components related to our hydraulic oil tanks like straps, nuts, tank supports, rubbers, vibration dampers, suction hoses, high pressure hoses, bolts, filler caps, adapters, ball valves and hose pillars (for straight and 90° mounting).

The multifunctional tanks; marked MR are fitted with a covered opening which can accomodate a return filter (Mounting plate-Return filter).

Hyva offers oil tanks for mounting behind the cabin on the chassis (RM) or on a cradle (CM), for side mounting (SM) and mounted by a top flange (TM). For each hydraulic system on all types of truck Hyva has a suitable oil tank, both supplied in steel as in aluminium. Hyva tanks are standard equipped with a 1½”BSPOT or 1½”BSPIT suction connection and a Hyva tipping valve mounting plate with a ¾”BSPITconnection.

The following tanks are available in steel:

Side mounted tanksThe SM-range consists of oil tanks with a volume ranging from 12 to 205 litres. SM tanks can be fitted with a return filter when using the Mounting plate-Return filter. The PT-valve can be mounted on the side.To guide the return flow from the tipper valve through the return filter on top of the tank we have created kit L210. This 1¼ inch hose is flexible and can be mounted under the sharp 90 degree corner between valve and filter. The kit is complete with adapters and bonded seals and plug (14799175) to close the tank port on the valve.

Cradle mounted tanksThe CM-range consists of oil tanks with a volume ranging from 18 to 117 litres.

Top flange mounted tankThe TM-tank has a volume of 85 litres.

Rear mounted tanksThe RM-range consists of oil tanks with a volume ranging from 65 to 213 litres.

Side mounted tanksThe SM(ALU)-range consists of oil tanks with a volume ranging from 119 to 205 litres.These oil tanks are made of high quality aluminium and are light weight. SM tanks with return filter and pt-valve mounted on the side.To guide the return flow from the tipper valve through the return filter on top of the tank we have created kit L210. This 1¼ inch hose is flexible and can be mounted under the sharp 90 degree corner between valve and filter. The kit is complete with adapters and bonded seals and plug (14799175) to close the tank port on the valve.

The description of the oil tank is corresponding with the way to choose the

correct oil tank. At first the type of tank is chosen, then the gross and working

volume. The working volume of the tank must be larger than the gross volume of

the cylinder. The material of the tank is the next step. The last two codes explain

whether the tank has a valve mounting plate and/or a tank return filter.
