About the Artist
James E. Bobb is Minister of Music at First Congregational Church in Columbus, Ohio, where he directs all of the adult and children’s choirs and oversees an acclaimed concert series. He serves on the faculty of Capital University in Columbus where he teaches organ and church music. Mr. Bobb holds a bachelor’s degree of music in piano and organ performance from Capital, and two master of music degrees from Eastman School of Music in Rochester, N.Y. Prior to moving to Columbus in June 2009, he served as director of music at the Church of the Incarnate Word in Rochester since 1994.
