• Whether you have a full shower in the morning or before you go to bed, washing is an important part of the daily routine.

• It does two important things:– Stops you from smelling– Kills germs and helps you to

avoid getting ill.

Washing your hands seems so easy but there are a few simple things which are easy to forget so here’s a little reminder on how to get them really clean….

1. Firstly wet your hands all over.

2. Then add enough soap to cover both of your hands.

3. Rub your hands together, firstly palm to palm.

4. Then rub the back of each hand with the palm of the other hand with fingers interlaced.

5. Rub your palms together with the fingers interlaced.

6. Rub with the back of your fingers to the opposing palms with fingers interlocked.

7. Rub each thumb clasped in the opposite hand using a rotational movement.

8. Rub the tips of your fingers in the opposite palm in a circular motion
