INTRODUCTION
Noble Engineering is mainly dealing with
1. Hydrometallurgical Plant Consultancy Services – mainly for Copper, Cobalt, Nickel
& Zinc metals and their different derivatives.
2. Supply of different equipment, accessories related to Hydrometallurgical plant
process, laboratory, Research etc.
3. The Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) different products,
CONSULTANT IN METAL PRODUCTION THROUGH HYDROMETALLURGICAL ROUTE
As an independent consultant, most of our assignments have been devoted to providing
Leaching, Purification, Solvent Extraction & Electro winning technology for recovery of
metals - base metals like Copper(Cu), Zinc (Zn), Nickel (Ni) & Cobalt (Co), secondary raw
materials, industrial effluents and scrap.
Our expertise is in developing the processes and setting up of pilot plants to demonstrate
the technology to construct commercial plant.
SERVICE OFFERINGS
• Provide advice and guidance on development of process flow sheet for separation
/ purification / recovery of metals by SX route and provide assistance up to plant
commissioning.
• Provide assistance to organize and setup laboratory test facilities for carrying out R
& D work to freeze SX / IX process flow sheets.
• Design, fabricate, and setup SX mixer settlers for testing for micro, bench scale,
pilot and commercial plants.
• Provide process and P & I flow sheet equipment list and size estimates for SX
plants. Also help in preparing cost estimates.

OUR EXPERTISE
We design and build processing plants primarily for the mining and mineral processing
industries.
The Principal who is leading Noble engineering consultancy, having hand on experience of
Process & Project more than 11 years. He has done chemical engineering from one of the
reputed University of India. He is having SIX different Hydrometallurgical plants versatile &
practical work experience.
During his tenure he completed following projects,
1. 12 TPM Magnesium Free Cobalt Sulphate crystals through multi solvent extraction
circuit with different range of reagents and batch wise evaporation system, India.
2. 480 TPD feed throughput purpose, augmented solid liquid facility facilitate with
CCD installation.
3. 10 TPM Cobalt SX-EW by using CHINESE regents, India
4. 75 TPM Copper SX-EW by using ACORGA reagent, India
5. 250 TPM Cobalt Sulphate crystal productions through Multistage Evaporation
System, Continuous drying, Blending and packing system, India.
6. 2.5 TPM – 99.90% Cobalt SX-EW Bench scale plant, using CYTEC & RHODIA
reagents, Congo
7. 100 TPD Copper SX-EX commercial plant, using LIX reagent, Congo
8. 1200 TPD feed throughput, augmented Leaching & solid liquid facility facilitate
with Cascade leaching reactor with CCD & VBF.
9. 20 TPD Cobalt Metal purpose SX-EW commercial plant Engineering, Procurement &
construction, using RHODIA reagents, Congo
10. 10 TPM Nickel Sulphate crystal production plant done upto commissioning from
ground work, India
11. 2 TPM Nickel & Zinc separation Basic Engineering work done, India
12. 500 TPM Copper SX-EW by using MexPro reagent, Congo
13. 300 TPM Cobalt SX-EX by using RHODIA reagent, Congo
14. Around FIVE different Lab & Pilot scale SX-EW plant done.
The Principal of Noble Engineering has also written few papers/notes on Copper & Cobalt
Solvent Extraction & Electro winning.
