    Hydraulic Interlocking Bricks Making Machine

    This machine uses a mixture of soil and cement to make stabilized bricks at a ratio of between 5 and

    10% cement to soil, depending on the soil type available. Bricks are interlocking so there is no need for

    mortar when building.

    Brick dimensions: L 300mm x W 150mm x H 150mm with a key of 1 inch the machine is capable of

    producing two bricks per minute an average of 720 and 1000 bricks per day, depending on a 6 hour

    working time selected to include engine cooling time.

    The machine has hydraulic tray feed and pressing mechanism making it possible to operate with only

    two non-skilled labor, it has been designed to use most kind of soil and quarry dust
