1. Introduction

CONTI FLUID ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. (CFE), was established in 2005 and has

been a proficient manufacturer of industrial power and transmission equipments. We

2. About Company History

1985 CFE established.

1986 CFE became the OEM for Franken Hydraulic Clutch in Asia area.

1989 CFE became the OEM for Franken Gear Box in Asia area.

1992 Establishment of R&D department.

1994 Establishment of environmental industry department.

1995 CFE launched OEM production lines for Bar screen 、

Grille crusher、Aerator、Stirrer、Water filter.

2005 CFE company officially registered. Overseas division established.

Started production under company’s own brand “CFE”.

2006 Expand overseas business.

2007 Renamed to “ CFE PTE., LTD.”

8. Control System (Oil Circuit Drawing)

The diagram of hydraulic control system is shown as in the Fig.1. The system consists of solenoid valve (or manual valve), oil pump, cooler, filter, etc. When clutch is engaged, the working oil pressure should be within 1.0~1.6MPa. Besides working oil, there is also lub oil led to housing and sprayed out from the bore of the shaft to cool down frictional plates and lubricate bearings. Change compression of the springs by adding or removing washers from the working oil valve and lub oil valve for adapting to the engines at different speeds.

9. Instrument Panel for HCL & AHC

1. Standard Model:

The Control Panel is equipped with indicators for Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature.

Remote control connection points are also available in the panel.

2. Automated Model

Additional to the standard Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature indicators, combining

with control and remote monitoring system the clutch can also be set up for

automated engagement / disengagement at desired speeds.
