Habit 6:

Make a publicly visible food calendar that can be synchronized with the google calendar or ical. You can add a meal and based on your classification of "bfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, drink," you can choose from a list of options or input your own recipe. You can earn points based on how healthy the meals are (NuVal score, or the like). Your personalized meal can be "supported" by friends in your network and you can earn extra points based on the number of people that support your choices. Friends can also sign up to join you for a meal and you can gain points for eating with others and for having someone else attest that you actually stuck to your meal plan. This would encourage planning meals ahead of time, choosing healthy options, eating with friends and sticking to the plan. This can then become a competition or game.
