Along with the HV-9500’s clean, economical, and reliable jetting, these options offer greater versatility for a wider range of applications. Patented Diaphragm-Jet TM Technology: The heart of the HV-9500 is a single easily replaceable diaphragm that eliminates the numerous dynamic fluid seals common in all other jets. There is no need to disassemble, clean and replace worn seals, saving time and money. The diaphragm allows fast cycle rates because its mass is very small and there is no large sliding valve stem to slow down the process. This novel diaphragm design allows users to adjust the energy needed to eject a drop, providing wider process windows. Cost Effective: The HV-9500 fires by a rectangular 24V trigger signal as fast as 2.5 msec, and no external controller is required. The jet is closed when idle, and smart electronics inside the pneumatic valve reduces idling voltage to minimize heating effects. Simple to Clean: On the diaphragm-jet, only two parts contact the fluid, compared to conventional jets that have as many as eight parts to clean. Cleaning takes only minutes— there is no need to remove the jet from the robot, and a special off-line cleaner is not required. The diaphragm and nozzle plate install immediately without having to carefully calibrate the jet, saving valuable production time. Capable: The HV-9500 generates a high drop velocity, allowing a wide range of fluids and applications. In addition, the drop velocity is easily changed to help tune the process and achieve a high process capability and wide process window. Versatile: In addition to Advanjet’s wide range of diaphragms and nozzles, new HV-9500 options for expanded syringe capacity and heated feed tube facilitate an even greater variety of materials and applications. The jet is available with both right- and left-side valve mounts to accommodate varied system layouts. With quick-release mounting hardware, the jet can be easily removed and replaced without losing positional settings. HV-9500 FEATURES § Up to 250 drops/sec § Viscosities up to 400K cps § Drops as small as 5 nl § No fluid seals to clean or replace § Integral heater for minimal fluid heat § External controller box not required § Right or left profile accommodates system layout or add-ons § Syringe capacity from 5 cc to 6 oz. § Available heated feed tube for enhanced flow rate stability § Add the PS-2000 Priming Station for an absolutely bubble-free fluid path

HV-9500 Standalone Jet Advanjet HV-9500

Expands Your Jetting Possibilities The Advanjet product line of non-contact diaphragm-jets introduces new features designed to enhance and expand your fluid dispensing capability. Along with the HV-9500’s clean, economical, and reliable jetting, these options offer greater versatility for a wider range of applications.

Patented Diaphragm-JetTM Technology: The heart of the HV-9500 is a single easily replaceable diaphragm that eliminates the numerous dynamic fluid seals common in all other jets.

Cleaning takes only minutes—there is no need to remove the jet from the robot, and a special off-line cleaner is not required.

HV-9500 FEATURES § Up to 250 drops/sec § Viscosities up to 400K cps § Drops as small as 5 nl § No fluid seals to clean or replace § Integral heater for minimal fluid heat § External controller box not required § Right or left profile accommodates

system layout or add-ons § Syringe capacity from 5 cc to 6 oz. § Available heated feed tube for
