Mr. Joseph A. Giunta, Jr.Executive DirectorPrincipal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC)U.S. Army Contracting Command – Redstone (ACC-R)

Mr. Giunta  is responsible for daily operations and oversight of a diverse contract execution mission averaging $18B annually. Prior to becoming the Executive Director for ACC-R, Mr. Giunta served as the Executive Director and PARC for the U.S. Army Contracting contract-ing professionals responsible for the oversight and execution of a multi-billion dollar portfolio. As the senior contracting official sup-porting the Army’s Training Support System portfolio, he provid-ed tailored contracting solutions and business advice in support of a diverse customer base to include Program Executive Office for Simu-lation, Training and Instrumentation.

ACC, a subordinate command of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, supports Army readiness by provid-ing global contracting support to warfighters engaged in military operations, weapon system acquisition, life cycle management and sustainment and acquisition of goods and services vital to the Soldier’s mis-sion and well-being.

Mr. Rogers is responsible for leading Lockheed Martin’s Army and SOF efforts to meet critical warfighting and defense capability requirements across a broad portfolio of programs.  In this capacity his responsibilities include the integration of all related activities and programs in the Lockheed Martin Field offices across the United States, as well as the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill with over 20 years of leading complex logistics organizations ranging in size from 200 to 10K personnel. Mr. Rogers joined Lockheed Martin in January 2013 after completing 34 years of distinguished service in the United States Army. Previously, Mr. Rogers was the Commanding General for the Aviation & Missile Command at Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Michael CoxVice PresidentStrategic Systems, Defense Customer AccountsRaytheon Missiles and Defense

Michael is responsible for corporate capture development and growth of Raytheon’s suite of missile defense related products to include, Early Warning Radars, Space Sensor Layer, SM-3, SM-6, the Kill Vehicle Enterprise and Counter-Hypersonic programs. Also primary responsibility to develop and leverage significant and deep relationships with MDA and OSD senior leadership. Michael has a wide-ranging background leading space and missile defense programs with a focus on advanced aircraft, space, and radar systems. Prior to joining Raytheon in 2017, Michael was Vice President of the Engineering Solutions Sector of Parsons Government Services (PGS) in Huntsville, AL.

He has also served as Director of Missile Defense-Huntsville, for Northrop Grumman-TASC and then Division Director for the Huntsville Region for TASC, Inc. In this capacity, he established the firm’s Huntsville Missile Defense office and provided management support to the Army Materiel Command, Space and Missile Defense Command, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and other Department of Defense programs associated with the region.

Mr. Byrd joined MBDA as the National Deputy Director in October 2019 after serving as the Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Policy Development, at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).Prior to accepting the fourth presidential appointment of his career at MBDA, Mr. Byrd worked on President Trump’s Transition Team as a “talent scout” for executive appointments and on the HUD Agency Action Team, organizing the blueprint for HUD policy and personnel infrastructure.

Mr. Marks is the former Director of Army Small Business Programs out of the Pentagon. Apr 2015-Sep 2018. An Acquisition, Contracting and Logistics Professional. Responsible for oversight and policy of small business programs, which awarded over $19B in contracts annually across all small business socio-economic categories.

Today, he is the Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce MBDA Federal Procurement Center. The MBDA Federal Procurement Center provides access to federal procurement officials and prime contractors and is a part of MBDA’s nationwide services network. It is the first MBDA business center solely focused on federal contracting.
