During t h i s program he mentioned my son s case and s t a t edt h a t he was adding an amendment t o i t Shor t ly t be rea f t e r, my s on s a t t o r n eygave me t h i s amendment to read . This amendment accused my son of consp i r ingwi th Mar i t a Lorenz (Frank Stu rg i s ex-mistress) to murder Frank Stu rg i s . Myson has never been ar res ted nor accused of a vio len t crime nor any i e lony.This accusat ion i s f a l s e and mal ic ious and not b e f i t t i n g a member of the BarAssociat ion of the Sta te of Flor ida . My son was never a t any t ime a f r i endo f Mari ta Lorenz, the re fore Mr. Rubin s s ta tement i s d e f i n i t e l y unt rue .
