Involvement of Ground level team members for finding concern areas and taking action for improvements.

Weekly review with core team members by Rajput sir for discussing constraints in KAIZEN implementation and providing necessary support.
Dedicated Teams to be formed for close looping all concern areas responsible for Safety, House Keeping and Dust prevention.
Establishing ownership of core team for everyone’s involvement and providing support for making Systems based culture and not person.
Top priority for Productivity and Quality Areas.

42 ideas generation during brain storming session.
Cross functional team building and increased participation.
Utilization of Internal resources leads to Team Building & Cost saving.
