Their love story is not typical love story. Bonnie and Clyde were well known criminals during 1932- 1934. Because of the fame of their not ±so-typical love story there were some films and songs that were based on their story. Bonnie Elizabeth Parker was born on October 1, 1910 in Rowena, Texas as the second of three children to Henry and Emma Parker. Bonnie was one of the best students in her class when she was in high school, winning top prizes in spelling, writing and public speaking. She was fond of writing poems, (she wrote two poems while she was on the run with Clyde: ³The Story of Suicide Sal´, and "The Trail's End). According to her mother Bonnie had a thing for bad boys. When she was 16 she dropped out of school and married her classmate Roy Thornton. Their marriage wasn't a happy one. Two years later, her husband was caught for robbery and sentenced to five years in prison. Clyde Chestnut Barrow was born on March 24, 1909 from a poor family in Ellis County, Texas, near Tellico, a town just south of Dallas. He was the fifth of seven children. Clyde was notorious robber when he was teenager. He was imprisoned in April 1930. When he so desperate to get out, , he asked a fellow prisoner to chop off some of his toes with an axe, hoping that being injured will help him to get out of there . Although the missing two toes did not get him transferred but was granted an early parole. After Clyde was released from prison on Feb 1932, he vowed that he would rather die than ever go back to that horrible place. Bonnie and Clyde first met late early 1930 before Clyde was imprisoned. At first meeting they are both smitten with each other. On one of Clyde's first robberies after he was released, Bonnie went with him. The plan was for the Barrow Gang to rob a hardware store. Bonnie stay inside the car stayed in the car during the robbery, Bonnie was captured and put in jail. She was later released for lack of evidence. After she was released from the prison Bonnie chose stayed with Clyde. They were in the run for two years, doing crime like robbery. Despite of the dangers they were facing during their adventure they never leave each others¶ side. Even in the very last moments of their lives they were together. They were ambush and killed on the way to pick a fellow gang member, Clyde was instantly killed, but Bonnie suffered the police heard her scream upon realizing that Clyde is dead then they fired at her.
