Aim of Evaluation / Method
• Evaluate Participant Behavior – – Does the NEP have an effect on needle sharing?– Does the NEP have an effect on needle re-use?– Do people enroll in treatment?
• Institutional Review Board – approved!• Quantitative Survey• Individual Interviews – researcher and students• No Rewards
