Double IO write is completed, replication for disaster recovery is accomplished. RPO = 0.

How to Beat
T series' specifications (cache, disk slot number, and host port number) are 1.5 times
those of HDS HUS.
T series has better performance, which is proved by the SPC-1 test.
T series provides cache partitioning and QoS to better respond to customers' services of
high priorities. However, HDS HUS supports only cache partitioning, which cannot be
flexibly used in multi-service scenarios.
T series employs RAID 2.0+ to deliver higher management and energy efficiency. T series
also delivers the fastest reconstruction speed in the industry.
When selling products in China, we can emphasize the Ministry of Public Security
certification, environment certification, and 9-intensity earthquake resistance certification.
How to Defend
HDS usually emphasizes its unique product features such as active-active controllers and
automatic controller selection for LUNs. In this case, clarify the fact to customers that only
HDS can offer such features.
HUS VM supports heterogeneous storage virtualization. However, the number of third-party
storage arrays supported by HUS VM is much smaller than Huawei's VIS products. In this
case, we can persuade customers to buy independent virtual gateways.

HP's high-end, mid-range, and low-end products are acquired or OEMed from 3PAR,
LeftHand, EVA, and DotHill. These products use multiple platforms. The products cannot
interwork with each other nor be centrally managed. Huawei' high-end, mid-range, and low-
end storage systems can be managed in a unified way and interwork in DR, lowering
customers' TCO.
T series' specifications (cache, disk slot number, and host port number) are 2 times those
of HP.
HP's unified storage works based on common server gateways added to block storage and
cannot be centrally managed.
