Relation Between Sound and Silence

We usually think of sound and silence as two opposite concepts. In fact, they are not

really opposites of each others. Both sound and silence represent two forms of

sounds:

Page 2: Hu Burn Practice

sound as we know it represents audible sound. It is the sound of the Known.

On the other hand, silence represents non-audible sound.

It is the sound of the Unknown.

Silence is the sound of the Unknown.

The Unknown is referred to as “HU” in Ancient Spirituality.

“Hu” is both a sound and a Holy Name of God.

The sound "Hu" is the most basic vibration in the universe.

It is the smallest sound, or the smallest vibration,

that is produced whenever an object moves in the universe.

Since nothing in creation is in perfect state of rest

(electrons are constantly moving around the nucleus),

it is safe to say that there is no place in

Page 3: Hu Burn Practice

creation where that sound "Hu" is not produced.

Therefore, the real meaning of Silence, which is perfect absence of sound,

does not exist in the universe. In this world,

when we seek to immerse ourselves in Silence,

we are not trying to shut our ability to hear sounds.

On the contrary, we are trying to increase our

ability to hear a very specific sound: the vibrating sound of the Universe, which is

the sound of our inner Soul. That sound is the

eternal vibration of "Huuuuuu".

-------------------------

"The way in which we can find our own place is to tune our instrument to the keynote of the

Page 4: Hu Burn Practice

chord to which we belong. Sound is the force which groups all things from atoms to worlds.

The chording vibration sounds in our innermost being and can only be heard in

silence. When we go into the inner chamber and shut the door to every sound that comes from the life without, then will the voice of God speak to our soul and we will know the

keynote of our life."

-Hazrat Inayat Khan

-----------------------------------

"Hu, the most sacred of all sounds."

ABSTRACT SOUND

Abstract sound is called Saut-i Sarmad by the Sufis; all space is filled with it. The vibrations of this sound are too fine to be either audible

Page 5: Hu Burn Practice

or visible to the material ears or eyes, since it is even difficult for the eyes to see the form and color of the ethereal vibrations on the

external plane. It was the Saut-i Sarmad, the sound of the abstract plane, which

Muhammad heard in the cave of Ghar-i Hira when he became lost in his divine ideal. The Quran refers to this sound in the words, 'Be! and all became.' Moses heard this very sound

on Mount Sinai, when in communion with God; and the same word was audible to Christ when absorbed in his Heavenly Father in the

wilderness. Shiva heard the same Anahad Nada during his Samadhi in the cave of the

Himalayas.

The flute of Krishna is symbolic of the same sound. This sound is the source of all

revelation to the Masters, to whom it is revealed from within; it is because of this that they know and teach one and the same truth.

The Sufi knows of the past, present and future,

Page 6: Hu Burn Practice

and about all things in life, by being able to know the direction of sound. Every aspect of one's being in which sound manifests has a peculiar effect upon life, for the activity of

vibrations has a special effect in every direction. The knower of the mystery of sound

knows the mystery of the whole universe. Whoever has followed the strains of this

sound has forgotten all earthly distinctions and differences, and has reached that goal of truth in which all the Blessed Ones of God unite.

Space is within the body as well as around it; in other words the body is in the space and the

space is in the body.

This being the case, the sound of the abstract is always going on within, around and about man. Man does not hear it as a rule, because his consciousness is entirely centered in his

material existence. Man becomes so absorbed in his experiences in the external world

through the medium of the physical body that

Page 7: Hu Burn Practice

space, with all its wonders of light and sound, appears to him blank.

This can be easily understood by studying the nature of color. There are many colors that are quite distinct by themselves, yet when mixed with others of still brighter hue they become

altogether eclipsed; even bright colors embroidered with gold, silver, diamonds, or pearls serve merely as a background to the

dazzling embroidery. So it is with the abstract sound compared with the sounds of the

external world. The limited volume of earthly sounds is so concrete that it dims the effect of

the sound of the abstract to the sense of hearing, although in comparison to it the

sounds of the earth are like that of a whistle to a drum. When the abstract sound is audible all other sounds become indistinct to the mystic.

The sound of the abstract is called Anahad in the Vedas, meaning unlimited sound. The

Sufis name it Sarmad, which suggests the idea

Page 8: Hu Burn Practice

of intoxication. The word intoxication is here used to signify upliftment, the freedom of the soul from its earthly bondage. Those who are

able to hear the Saut-i Sarmad and meditate on it are relieved from all worries, anxieties,

sorrows, fears and diseases; and the soul is freed from captivity in the senses and in the

physical body. The soul of the listener becomes the all-pervading consciousness, and his spirit becomes the battery which keeps the

whole universe in motion.

Some train themselves to hear the Saut-i Sarmad in the solitude on the sea shore, on the

river bank, and in the hills and dales; others attain it while sitting in the caves of the

mountains, or when wandering constantly through forests and deserts, keeping

themselves in the wilderness apart from the haunts of men. Yogis and ascetics blow Sing (a horn) or Shankha (a shell), which awakens in them this inner tone. Dervishes play Nai or

Page 9: Hu Burn Practice

Algosa (a double flute) for the same purpose. The bells and gongs in the churches and

temples are meant to suggest to the thinker the same sacred sound, and thus lead him towards

the inner life.

This sound develops through ten different aspects because of its manifestation through ten different tubes of the body; it sounds like thunder, the roaring of the sea, the jingling of bells, running the water, the buzzing of bees,

the twittering of sparrows, the Vina, the whistle, or the sound of Shankha until it

finally becomes Hu, the most sacred of all sounds.

This sound Hu is the beginning and the end of all sounds, be they from man, bird, beast, or thing. A careful study will prove this fact, which can be realized by listening to the

sound of the steam engine or of a mill, while the echo of bells or gongs gives a typical

illustration of the sound Hu.

Page 10: Hu Burn Practice

The Supreme Being has been called by various names in different languages, but the mystics have known him as Hu, the natural name, not man-made, the only name of the

Nameless, which all nature constantly proclaims. The sound Hu is most sacred; the

mystics call Ism-i Azam, the name of the Most High, for it is the origin and end of every

sound as well as the background of each word. The word Hu is the spirit of all sounds and of all words, and is hidden within them all, as the

spirit in the body. It does not belong to any language, but no language can help belonging

to it. This alone is the true name of God, a name that no people and no religion can claim as their own. This word is not only uttered by human beings, but is repeated by animals and

birds. All things and beings proclaim this name of the Lord, for every activity of life expresses distinctly or indistinctly this very

sound. This is the word mentioned in the Bible as existing before the light came into

Page 11: Hu Burn Practice

being, 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.'

The mystery of Hu is revealed to the Sufi who journeys through the path of initiation. Truth,

the knowledge of God, is called by a Sufi Haqq. If we divide the word Haqq into two parts, its assonant sounds become hu ek, Hu

signifying God, or truth, and ek in Hindustani meaning one, and both together expressing on God and one truth. Haqiqat in Arabic means the essential truth, Hakim means master, and

Hakim means knower, all of which words express the essential characteristics of life.

Aluk is the sacred word that the Vairagis, the adepts of India, use as their sacred chant. In the word Aluk are expressed two words, al meaning he, and Haqq truth, both words together expressing God the source from

which all comes.

The sound Hu becomes limited in the word

Page 12: Hu Burn Practice

Ham, for the letter m closes the lips. This word in Hindustani expresses limitation

because Ham means I or we, both of which words signify ego. The word Hamsa is the

sacred word of the Yogis which illumines the ego with the light of reality. The word Huma in the Persian language stands for a fabulous bird. There is a belief that if the Huma bird

sits for a moment on the head of anybody it is a sign that he will become a king. Its true

explanation is, that when a man's thoughts so evolve that they break all limitation, then he

becomes as a king. It is the limitation of language that it can only describe the Most

High as something like a king. It is said in the old traditions that Zoroaster was born of a Huma tree. This explains the words in the

Bible, 'Except a man be born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God.' In the word Huma, hu represents spirit, and

the word mah in Arabic means water. In English the word 'human' explains two facts

Page 13: Hu Burn Practice

which are characteristic of humanity: Hu means God and man means mind, which word

comes from the Sanskrit Mana, mind being the ordinary man. The two words united

represent the idea of the God-conscious man; in other words Hu, God, is in all things and beings, but it is man by whom he is known. Human therefore may be said to mean God-conscious, God-realized, or God-man. The

word Hamd means praise, Hamid, praiseworthy, and Muhammad, praiseful. The name of the Prophet of Islam was significant

of his attitude to God.

Hur in Arabic means the beauties of the Heaven, its real meaning is he expression of

heavenly beauty. Zuhur in Arabic means manifestation, especially that of God in nature. Ahura Mazda is the name of God

known to the Zoroastrians. This first word Ahura suggests Hu, upon which the whole

name is built.

Page 14: Hu Burn Practice

All of these examples signify the origin of God in the word Hu; and the life of God in

every thing and being.

Hayy in Arabic means everlasting, and Hayyat means life, both of which words signify the everlasting nature of God. The word Huwal

suggests the idea of omnipresence, and Huvva is the origin of the name of Eve, which is

symbolic of manifestation; as Adam is symbolic of life, they are named in Sanskrit

Purusha and Prakriti.

Jehovah was originally Yahuva, Ya suggesting the word oh and Hu standing for God, while

the A represents manifestation. Hu is the origin of sound, but when the sound first takes

shape on the external plane, it becomes A, therefore alif or alpha is considered to be the first expression of Hu, the original word. The Sanskrit alphabet as well as that of most other languages begins with the letter A, as does the name of God in several tongues. The word A

Page 15: Hu Burn Practice

therefore expresses in English one, or first; and the sign of alif expresses the meaning one,

as well as first. The letter A is pronounced without the help of the teeth or tongue, and in

Sanskrit A always means without.

The A is raised to the surface when the tongue rises and touches the roof of the mouth when pronouncing the letter l (lam), and the sound ends in m (mim). The pronunciation of which closes the lips. These three essential letters of

the alphabet are brought together as the mystery in the Quran. With A deepened by ain

the word Ilm is formed which means knowledge. Alim comes from the same, and

means knower. 'Alam means state or condition, the existence which is known.

When alif the first and lam the central letters are brought together they make the word al which means 'the' in Arabic. In English all

suggest the meaning of the entire or absolute nature of existence.

Page 16: Hu Burn Practice

The word Allah, which in Arabic means God, if divided into three parts may be interpreted as 'the One who comes from nothing'. El or Ellah has the same meaning as Allah. The

words found in the Bible, Eloi, Elohim and Hallelujah, are related to the word Allahu.

The words om, omen, amen and amin, which are spoken in all houses of prayer, are of the same origin; A in the commencement of the word expresses the beginning, and M in the

midst signifies end; N the final letter is the re-echo of M, for M naturally ends in a nasal

sound, the producing of which sound signifies life.

In the word Ahad which means God, the only Being, two meanings are involved by

assonance. A in Sanskrit means without, and Hudd in Arabic means limitation.

It is from the same source that the words Wahdat, Wahdaniat, Hadi, Hada and Hidayat

Page 17: Hu Burn Practice

all come. Wahdat means the consciousness of self-alone; Wahdaniat is the knowledge of

self; Hadi, the guide; Hada, to guide; Hidayat means guidance.

The more a Sufi listens to Saut-i Sarmad, the sound of the abstract, the more his

consciousness becomes free from all the limitations of life. The soul floats above the

physical and mental plane without any special effort on man's part, which shows its calm and peaceful state; a dreamy look comes into his

eyes and his countenance becomes radiant, he experiences the unearthly joy and rapture of Wajd, or ecstasy. When ecstasy overwhelms him he is neither conscious of the physical

existence nor of the mental. This is the heavenly wine, to which all Sufi poets refer,

which is totally unlike the momentary intoxication's of this mortal plane. A heavenly

bliss then springs in the heart of a Sufi, his mind is purified from sin, his body from all

Page 18: Hu Burn Practice

impurities, and a pathway is opened for him towards the world unseen; he begins to

receive inspirations, intuitions, impressions, and revelations without the least effort on his part. He is no longer dependent upon a book or a teacher, for divine wisdom, the light of

his soul, the Holy Spirit, begins to shine upon him. As Sharif says, 'I by the light of soul

realize that the beauty of the heavens and the grandeur of the earth are the echo of Thy

magic flute'.

-Hazrat Inayat Khan

----------------------------

"Hu is a sacrificial sound. The sanskrit syllable hu means to invoke, to call upon, to perform a sacrificial rite. Hu is the descent into the Human heart. Hu consists of the

aspirate, h , and a long vowel u. The aspirate is the very sound of the breath ( prana, chi,

Page 19: Hu Burn Practice

spirit, life force) the very essence of life, the sound of prana, the subtle life force, the soul in its original not yet egocentrically distorted

individualized form, the ever in and out flowing, all embracing life force. The long vowel u is the sound of the deep, vibrating forth in the void, where it merges into the inaudible. U is the lower limit in the tonal scale of the Human voice, the threshold of silence, or as it is expressed in tibetan, "the door of the inaudible". Hu is symbolized in

the Buddha's touching of the Earth, calling the Earth as a witness of innumerable acts of self-

sacrifice. Hu is the infinite in the finite, the eternal in the temporal, the timeless in the

moment, the unconditioned in the conditioned, the formless basis for all forms, the transcendental in the ephermal, the Great

Mirror which reflects the Void as much as objects and reveals the emptiness in the things

as much as the things in the emptiness."- Lama Angarika Govinda

Bhapuji Tisziji Munoz on Hu:

"As a young man, having meditated with Master Kirpal Singji among others,

...I also had the fortune of spending time with and talking with Pir Vilayat Khan, Hazrat's

son.Hazrat, as well as other sound explorer-yogis,

discoveredand taught concerning the Blessings of

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, which, as representing the God State, is basic,

deep, devotional healing breathing!

After Huuing for so many years you Huuu into being Huuuuuuuuuuuuued!

Just keep Huuing, enter the Hu-kar if you will know for yourself.

May HU reveal itself to you as the Hu you always are

Page 21: Hu Burn Practice

as the Am I Is It!!"

Tisziji: “Hu could mean anything, but here it means ‘burn’. Burn means liberated creativity.

Liberated creativity is what ‘Spirit’ means here.”

Hu is the universally sacred word or name of God, regarded as a sacred sound. Hu is a

vibratory tone used for centering oneself and attuning to the divine in each of us.

Tisziji: “Hu is conscious breathing practice by toning in the form of chanting, emphasizing the exhalation as deep, gentle, but extreme

release of all pain and the suffering of all bad and good karma. Hu is a declaration of

already existing freedom from all suffering, meaning it is already done, already released,

already gone beyond. In other words, last breath, ultimate breath, no breath.”

Tisziji: “First, end old programs, and continue

Page 22: Hu Burn Practice

to create new productive programs! Or, allow programs to be created out of your deep Heart practice. Ordinarily, you are happy because of programs that work for you. You are unhappy when you are in conflict with your programs. Heart-Fire Sound spiritual practice starts from

the base reality of no programs, and one begins to create programs in accordance with

laws which access and/or increase psycho-physical health, intelligence-awareness, enlightenment and transcendent wisdom realization, also known as compassionate

heartfulness despite all relative programs of changing conditions."

Heart-Fire Sound Yoga

"Heart-fire sound yoga is what is lived here.It is as simple as breathing into silence, breathing

up from silence and down into silencelike a cork in the ocean bobs up and down on the

waves;the same may be said of the practitionerbobbing in and out of the ocean of

Page 23: Hu Burn Practice

silence.

Heart-fire sound is this infinite ocean of silence;breathing is the engine of

transformational radiance. Then practice thinking into silence. Then feel into silence.

Remember, all phenomena is relative to time. All phenomena are forms of Heart-fire sound,

forms of silence.

Act into silence.Put everything, all body functions, all social, occupational,

professional, public and private functions into silence.Fold all words and speech into silence.

All awarenesses must be surrendered into silence. All lights and sounds must be

surrendered into silence. All words must be surrendered into silence. All self and other

programs must be surrendered into silence. All desire and ambition must be surrendered into silence. All suffering, pleasure and bliss must

be surrendered into silence. All images of anything and anyone must be surrendered into

Page 24: Hu Burn Practice

silence.

With nothing and no one left to cling to, identify with, or refer to,surrender silence into

silence, and surrender this too. This is good practice!

Silence is the all-spacious peace of the Heart. This is the yoga of accessing Heart-fire soundas the Hu-dha teaches it, loves it, reveals it,initiates it, empowers it, and lives it to all

beings.

Chant Hu into infinity."

"Breathing Into The Sound Of Infinity"

Free breathing is critical to living and the expression of sound is critical to living the balanced life and practicing on the path of

neutral understanding. Neutral understanding means keeping duality in check; which means

to be neither for nor against anything or

Page 25: Hu Burn Practice

anyone, even if it’s just being clear for this practice. Keeping duality in check opens the

channels to the higher levels and intensities of Spirit.

Peace is an intensity of Spirit.

Joy is an intensity of Spirit.

Knowingness is an intensity of Spirit.

Creative genius is an intensity of Spirit.

Awakenment is an intensity of Spirit.

Radical liberation is an intensity of Spirit.

True heart love is an intensity of Spirit.

God as total consciousness is an intensity of Spirit.

Infinity is an intensity of Spirit.

The Heart is infinite intensity!

Moving from lower intensity to higher intensities is movement called

Page 26: Hu Burn Practice

sound traveling. Bringing sound vibration into breathing with the intention of moving

towards the higher vibrations of Spirit is called spiritual sound traveling.

The key sound is “HU” or “HHHHH…(to infinity)”. Why Hu? Hu is a vocalization of

the exhalation which is life’s gift for releasing all suffering. Conscious release of all tension,

neurosis, uptightness, anxiety, pain and suffering through the exhalation of breath with

sound to include use of imagination and imagining complete freedom from thought,

word, concept, emotion, feeling, memory, and mind even for a few moments at a time is

good neutralizing of the forces and karma of suffering. Heartful breathing in the peaceful light of grace in the Spirit of already healed, already free, and already happy, refreshes the psycho spiritual circuitry and recharges all the

centers in and above the body.

Don’t think this.

Page 27: Hu Burn Practice

Do this.

Inhale the light and release this light through the breath of sound, freeing the body of self-

limitation, mental confusion and physical stress altogether. This is not a religious

practice. This is native breathing with healing in mind and liberation at heart.

If you liberate yourself you liberate all beings. If you heal yourself you heal all beings. If you bring peace to yourself you bring peace to all

beings.

Breathe into infinity.

Tisziji Munoz

True Sound being Heart-Fire Sound is a name for the spiritual

universe of Sound. This reality of Sound is its own being, true Sound being. True Sound

being is living being, but not limited to being a finite being. True Sound being means Earth

Page 28: Hu Burn Practice

being, cosmic being, and spiritual being all at once. This means true being and the whole

being. Each is the whole being, and the whole being is an individual, which makes its own laws and abides by such laws, structures, or

creations. This is the potential of one awakened as Heart-Fire Sound.

Heart-Fire Sound realization also implies

renunciation and creative detachment from the ways and machinery of the Earth world. While

it is clear that each is Earth being by appearance, it is also clear that no one is, in

truth, an appearance alone. The only true alone is Spirit. When you are alone in and as Spirit, you are free as a whole being and thus free to re-create your world as needed. This is

the spiritual life as recognized by certain Masters who share of themselves in these

ways with those individuals who are ready to live as part of the spiritual world, the world of

Ensoundment realization, the world of true

Page 29: Hu Burn Practice

Heart being and true Heart love.

“Heal yourselves” means to bring your various functions and capabilities into

integrated alignment with Heart-Sound — deep, beautiful, mysterious, formless, and subtle, peace-sustaining Heart-Sound. This

can be easily accomplished by engaging in the yogic practice of chanting Hu in the key of

awakening into the space of grace. Even singing sweet melodies into silence can bring fulfilling healing to the heart, mind, and body

of the practitioner, who can use beautiful sound to heal and transcend itself.

Each is here to leave the Earth plane in due time, but few care to hear about this fact of

life and the beyond. The fact is, this life is but a steppingstone into the higher laws, worlds, and functions of the universe. Few know this as such, but many can know this in truth and

in Spirit. This is the journey of infinity

Page 30: Hu Burn Practice

realizing itself as you are.

The Silent Heart-NatureHU (Gone to Peace, Gone to Gone, and Gone beyond Gone)

Free breathing is healing, and Heart-Fire Sound means transcending all suffering, all

karma, all conditions and all worlds. In others words, one is able to resonate as pure Spirit

energy…pure vibration. Some would call this the clear light. I call this Zero Heart-space and operating from Heart-country. The concept of space is important relative to Spirit, since in

the human domain, Spirit is either personalized or materialized, and therefore

reduced to basic perception of form and made into a material something Spirit is not.

Spirit represents the formlessness of form and the radiant form of formlessness. Pure Spirit equals immateriality, and is so fine as to be

Page 31: Hu Burn Practice

all-pervasive and all-permeating. Paradoxically, Spirit is form but also is a form of the universe, which is the all form, the all-knowing form of No-form. Appearing as the

mystery it isn’t. It is who each being as original Spirit is. From this realization, living being means awakening into space being, and living human beings are space beings in time-

bodies.

Another aspect of this is that as Spirit, we are unfolding light beings.

As light beings, we are expanding sound beings.

Hence, as light beings, we are clear beings.

And as sound beings, we are silent beings.

Understanding this in these terms points to the fact that we are awakening universal beings as

much as the obvious gravitational Earth beings. As liberating sound beings in Earth-

bodies, we access all planes of reality through

Page 32: Hu Burn Practice

scientific use of sound, which is the voice of silence. Audible or materialized sound is but a

transformational, thus creative form of silence. Therefore, the Spirit Masters teach

that silence is true nature and not an abstract somewhere-elseness as much as a radical

hereness…hearness. Silence is not a negative and it is not an imaginary thing. Silence is not

a product. It is Heart-source as the timeless process of infinite being, and represents our infinite nature as incomprehensible Heart-

truth.

Go to peace does not mean go somewhere outside of your body-mind. It means to be the

serenity and gentleness each is originally made of and inevitably reawakening into.

Being original serenity – being a true Heart-being – means being able to recover angerless, confusionless and doubtless, serene beingness on the spot. Paradoxically, serene beingness is

equal to creative fire and spiritual ferocity. Fire is fire because of its serene nature.

Page 33: Hu Burn Practice

Fierceness is powerful because of its being born of peace.

This practice is seeing into the silent Heart-nature of all things and beings. Silent nature is

spiritual nature, clear nature and true Heart-nature. When we all dig this properly, we will all get along! We will all hear the same love song! Singing this love song together quietly or loudly will bring about the great healing of the long awaited turning point for the human

race!

Self-nature, in the form of identification as limitation, is a lower form of life potential. Egoic self-consciousness is a mechanical

universe unto itself. It is the unenlightened source of selfishness…the key to selflessness.

No selfishness is selflessness. No self, no selflessness, no problemas. Selflessness

means clear knowing. Clear knowing means no confusion. No confusion means no

mistakes! Dig this one, Huuuuuuge! Of these

Page 34: Hu Burn Practice

things I can teach no one; each must recover their knowingness and true Heart-nature

beyond all mechanical cultural progamming of self as other, body as mind, and world as

Spirit programming.

There is no mind to understand,

so it is better to understand one’s own mind, and how such a nothing works for and against

the oneself who never existed!

Thank youHU

Balancing The Forces

Chant the long Hu.

Breathe away your stressesand bring yourself into peace resonance.

Send blessings to all beingsand be grateful for all your gifts.

The purpose of recognizing the process of

Page 35: Hu Burn Practice

sound travel or using the monotone in the form of a vocal expression is to be able to test for oneself the effect that a tone has on your body-mind and then its effect on the world

around you – namely your room, your living space, your companions, and your family. Of course, music is related to this, and singing along with it, but the long tone cuts through mind forms. It’s an ancient practice, so we have to use it for cutting through mental,

psychic and emotional debris, bad feelings and bad vibes. When you cut through your

neurosis, confusion, self-conflict, depression, negative self-image, doubt, fear and

attachments in general, you’re not really going anywhere more than into the now of your own

being beyond the world field of stress.

Relaxed breathing chills the brain, brings the body-mind into a certain alignment-resonance which can neutralize all of the psychic noise

and social junk we have agreed to being a part of, well enough to take a leap inside to the

Page 36: Hu Burn Practice

source of your own being wherein lies true peace, wherefrom comes true love, wherefrom

arises Heart wisdom, wherein lies compassion, wherethrough one attains

enlightened balance, whereby one discovers realized being and liberation from suffering

and unhappiness in general.

This process is simply a matter of relaxing and opening up to your core structure, the

basic stream of atomic flow, which includes the experience of the ascending force and the

descending force, the force coming down through the head into the body towards the Earth, and the force of the Earth ascending through the body towards the infinite. The

human being is a center point for these forces, which gather and harmonize at each center or

chakra lotus, from the lowest at the sacral plexus straight up the spine through the heart chakra through the forehead chakra and then

through the crown chakra at the top of the head and above it, and beyond the above.

Page 37: Hu Burn Practice

These psychic nerve forces are anything but imaginary. They are the cosmic wiring system which connects all beings to the body, to the

Earth, to the Sun and solar system, to the galaxy, to the physical universe and to the

multiverses which support it and transcend it. This is basically cosmic breathing 101. Please enjoy this Heart-Fire Sound through conscious breathing and meditating on the Heart-space

of the universe.

Love always,Hu

know,or to be as self, thought, mind, or world

at any level of matter, energy, space, time, or spirit.

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

Then recognize, release, allow to release, liberate

and transcend every notion of spiritual, cosmic

or enlightened aspiration, practice, understandingor realization,

since any thought form is gravitationaland creates delusion in unawakened time

space beings.Exhale Only Burn!

Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

HuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuLet the fire burn as fire is, must and will be.This fire as the burn is the process and the

Living Master. It is also the wordless teaching,

its divine burn and extreme transcendenceinto profoundly ecstatic being and culture free

creativity. It is also true Heart-Fire Sound,

Page 44: Hu Burn Practice

the Voice and Word of pure Only Burn Heart Song.

Love always,

Hu

- Chanting Hu -The Actual Practice:

Begin chanting Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

No less than 12 and no more than 60 long deep Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuus.

It is pranayam, toning and transcending all at once.

It is my recommendation and practice for all sincere beings.

Page 45: Hu Burn Practice

Of course, there is a connection with the ancient Om mani padma HuuuuuuuuuuuuuM!

But just chant audibly and silently Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

u.The goal is the Heart-basis of the path.

---------------------------------

If you are beyond thought, word and concept you don't exist!

Head out from ass the light shines brilliantly!

Enlightenment is ultimate science.Ultimate science is enlightenment.

Who knows?Who cares?Who goes?Who dares?

(Q: Pronounciation of Hu ?) :

As in Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh.

Page 46: Hu Burn Practice

As in emphasizing the exhalation over a relaxed deep inhalation.

Through Huuuu, as perfect release, funnel sahasra energy into your space and the world

at large. Then, hold your peace at the heart beyond

breathing and heartbeat!

Practice.

--------------------------------------

(Q: Is there any meaning to Hu ?)

Hu for the Sufis means: the divine. For certain yogis, Hu, as the vocalization of

the exhalation, is ultimate release, without which your shit would end on the

spot! So, Hu is end, death and rebirth all at once!

Without Hu there is no life.Without you there is no life.

Hu is the breath! No one! No thing!

Page 47: Hu Burn Practice

Already gone!Hu is goneness!

Hu as goneness is BURN!

Not being exactly a terrestrial, such historic references as Lemuria, Atlantis,

Sumeria, Egypt and etc.(all truly valid references) are nothing worth

meditating on or reinforcing, if indeed and in fact,

the forces of what such specks on the time track

have set into motion were upon you as the balance to what they wereand now need never to be!

Are you your great, great grandfather's great, great grandfather?

Who cares?Head out from ass can see and be the sky, the

light, the nowand maybe the Heart?

Who Knows?

Page 48: Hu Burn Practice

Dig!

Hu

(Q: What is head out from ass?)

You (Hu) already know!

All programs reverting to seeking!

Hu is knowing beyond knowingtrue presence of Heart being!

It is not 'your' or anyone's ass.

Broaden focus beyond assness, self, body, world and mind

beyond time, space, energy, matter and universe altogether.

Such is Hu, ultimate exhalation! For this stillness you recover is the wisdom

peaceand compassion you can be living to all

beings,if you practice the sacrifice!

Page 49: Hu Burn Practice

This is practice, good practicein the spirit of the flawless, selfless masters.

Hear this properly and know my function.Do this and go deeper beyond your culturing

of resistance and doubtand enter this revelation of the fire of Who

Knows No Who?

While ass and its shit as the world and its programs are great,

what could be greater than that who burns all?

What is it that makes you conscious? No answer!

So, nothing makes you conscious!Which nothing?

Without the all nothing love of the Heartwould or could you or anyone or anything be

at all?

(Questioner experiences a ringing in ears) -

The Hu is with you.

Page 50: Hu Burn Practice

Exhale enlightened being to infinity!Continue to liberate all beings!

Thank you.

Laughing is best practice!

Reality is the already done!

Toast!

No more dreams...

Only nothing exists.

God is nothingness realization!

The no thing realized,

Be Hu-tiful.

Thank Hu always.

Just free is great!
