Generally the higher the screen the greater theacoustic benefit. Typical screen performance based onindependent acoustic tests carried out on a range ofKomfort Screenbase screen products in the anechoicchamber at the Building Research Establishment Ltd

The management team at Komfort Screenbase believes in developing the business in an environmentally responsible manner and as part ofthis commitment, the company has been assessed by BM TRADA Certification Ltd. for FSC Chain of Custody Certification.Komfort Screenbase supports the debate for the construction industry to increase the project use of timber sourced from well managedforests and plantations. To this end, discussion with architects and specifiers is welcomed at an early stage in the specification process todetermine which veneers and timbers are available from suppliers, either with FSC certification, or third party independent verification, suchas the Tropical Forest Trust. Our expertise in temperate and tropical region veneers and timbers, together with commercially available laminates, is an invaluable tool inthe design process whilst assisting the specifier in actively seeking timber products from well managed forests and plantations.FSC CHAIN OF CUSTODY REG.
