Fundamentals of quality-ou learn the meaning of quality and its relevance to organisations in all sectors of theeconomy. -ou study the structure of quality systems and reflect on their role in improving theey &usiness results of any organisation.

Process and service improvement-ou develop the sills required to analyse processes in depth and to devise measures ofservice quality and performance for your processes. By learning ho/ to structure systems

Core modules – stage two

Statistical process control and 6 sigma-ou acquire an understanding of the role of varia&ility in &usiness and manufacturingprocesses. -ou study the tools for understanding, monitoring and controlling the causes andeffects of varia&ility, allo/ing you to critically evaluate and apply the tools in a professionalenvironment.

DissertationDrawing on knowledge developed throughout your studies and your own experiences ofquality management, the dissertation allows you to explore and analyse business problemsthrough a critical and reflective approach to research. You are allocated a supervisor whodirects you in your dissertation.
