Some instructors required students to complete a final report at the end of the project. In addition to being a "writing for industrial communication task", thefinal report was a also a "reflective writing for learning task." There were manytypes of reflective writing for learning tasks including: journal, weblog, project report, project presentation, self-evaluation, peer evaluation, and essay \citep{181, 130}. \citet{130} provided a list of questions to reflect upon at the end of the project:\begin{itemize*}\item What initial processes were implemented?\item What conflict resolution took place?\item What were the critical incidents that occurred during the project?\item What was the student's least/most comfortable team role?\item What was the student's most rewarding experience?\item What was the student's most valuable contribution?\item How were the student's contributions crucial to success?\end{itemize*}
