The Everlasting Memories Program

allows us to grant wishes to our patients

and provide them with an event or day

to cherish in their final moments.

This program affirms our mission—”To

reveal and embody Christ’s healing love

for all people through our high quality

Franciscan healthcare ministry.”

To find opportunities for joy; to lift the

spirits of those who know the end is

near; to provide their families with a

space to share their feelings and have a

moment to cherish once their loved one

is gone. This is why we do what we do!

What We’ve Done

Our Hospice Team has granted over 100

Memories to our patients and their families,

including:

• One Last Swim

• Anniversary Celebration Weekend

• Favorite Meals

• Independence Day Party with Fireworks

• A Wedding to Remember

• Surprise Birthday Celebrations

• Helicopter “Bucket List” Experience

• Farm Tour

• One Last Ride

• Early Christmas
