Review and approval of offshore orientation programs is the responsibility of the QHSE Manager. 3.3 Implementation of the Worksite Orientation is the responsibility of the Captain. Presentation of material may be delegated, but it is the responsibility of the Captain aboard the rig to ensure the induction process is implemented in an effective manner. Implementation of the Employment Orientation is the responsibility of the Cost Center (Rig) Manager. Presentation of material may be delegated, but it is the responsibility of the Cost Center (Rig) Manager to ensure the induction process is implemented in an effective manner. The Worksite Orientation not only applies to Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd employees, but also operator and contractor personnel and visitors to Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd rigs as applicable. 4.0 PROCEDURE Employee Orientation is divided into categories. 4.1 New-hire Orientation Applicable to all employees

1.0 PURPOSE

Information regarding work assignments, company benefits, and a general overview of working conditions, rig site life, etc., is explained to Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd employees. Each employee shall be presented with a relevant Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd employee orientation package.

Information in this orientation should include:

Employment Terms and Conditions

Job Requirements and Job Description

Compensation & Payroll

Employee Benefit Entitlements

Rig Assignment and Crew Change Details

4.2 Jasper Drilling Pte Ltd’s Employee Orientation. – Applicable to all rig

based employees and those shore-based personnel with responsibility for

rig operations.

Rig Based Orientation Process

The Company’s appropriate Rig Senior meets with each new hire, either

direct hire or from labor agency. A copy of the Rig Orientation Checklist”

as completed by new personnel will be retained in an appropriate

personnel file system. Completed Rig Orientation checklist will be signed

and dated by new employee, and include the following information at a

minimum:

Completion of personal medical record by completion of the Patient

Registration Form, HSE-11-0430

Verification of Original Certificates

The Company’s Rig Safety Officer is in charge to verify all the original

copies of the certificates according to Company Qualification Matrix

according to the new position hired. (Attachment 2). Rig Safety Officer will

make reference to all the qualification certificates from AMOS2. Rig Safety

Officer will countersign on the rig based orientation checklist to confirm

complete verification process.

Staffing Process Completion: Completion of the above employment

orientation process and acceptance of employment by the candidate

concludes the staffing process.

a) Employment Documentation: Each Human Resources and designated

Company labor contractor / agency ensures all employment

documentation is completed, collected and forwarded to an appropriate

Human Resources file retention system, and to the appropriate Payroll

/ Benefits for processing.

b) The job vacancy is removed once the new employee is confirmed as

arriving at the rig.

New Personnel Advice to the Captain: The appropriate Human Resources and/or the designated labor contractor /agency forwards a communication to the appropriate Shore Based Operations Management and/or.Captain identifying the new employee’s name, job position, starting date, and any applicable airline travel particulars.
