It’s about learning from the past, hitting the reset button and collectively dreaming up our ‘Day After Tomorrow’ as Peter Hinssen calls it. And that’s exactly what we did with the entire #Dreamteam during our yearly strategic meeting in Paris. And because our headquarters are located on an office boat, the strategic off-site also took place on a boat. :-) In 2017 a lot has happened! We are amazed by the progress all companies from the VALUEbuilders group have made! We are proud to report that HRbuilders Europe has accomplished a whole series of successful international matchings and gained confidence of many new international customers. A lot of our international assignments started out of a personal relationship with a client in Belgium and we are really proud of that. We are thrilled to announce that after taking on Europe, we also decided to take our chance in the American market. With our US journey we want to offer solutions to our current clients and international companies who are looking for an HR professional based in the US on the one hand and help American clients with the filling in of temporary international HR vacancies on the other hand. HRbuilders also remains an established third party provider for HR interim management in Belgium and confirms its market position. And as you know we have broadened our action domain towards other niches: Finance, Sales and Payroll. Our recipe in each of these new ventures is the same: to connect the best possible people through personal relationships! In a world where everything changes at dazzlingspeed, it’s key to take a step back. Too often we work in our business and don’t spend enough time working on our business. It’s about learning from the past, hitting the reset button and collectively dreaming up our ‘Day After Tomorrow’ as Peter Hinssen calls it.

And that’s exactly what we did with the entire#Dreamteam during our yearly strategic meetingin Paris. And because our headquarters are located on an office boat, the strategic off-site also took place on a boat. :-)

In 2017 a lot has happened! We are amazed by the progress all companies from the VALUEbuildersgroup have made! We are proud to report that HRbuilders Europe has accomplished a whole seriesof successful international matchings and gainedconfidence of many new international customers. A lot of our international assignments started out of a personal relationship with a client in Belgium and we are really proud of that.

4,5 years after HRbuilders was founded we had developed an expanding network of more than 200 international HR Interim Managers. We felt ready to steam full speed ahead in the pan-European market.HRbuilders Europe was established!

In 2013 HRbuilders Europe closed their first international contracts in Belgium and the Netherlands with 5 HR Interim Managers working for us. In 2013 we also sponsored our fi rst international conference

(Teneo) and since then we have become a loyal partner. Turnover kept growing, as well as the number of international HR Interim Managers working for us. We are very proud to say that in 2017 (October) our international #Dreamteam Sofi a, Sigrun and Cécile connected 30 HR Interim Managers who are currentlyworking for us in the Benelux, France, Italy,Germany, UK and Switzerland with regional, EMEA or global scopes.

PAYROLLbuilders takes a kick-start`

With PAYROLLbuilders, we announce a fourth company within the group VALUEbuilders. RobbyDe Caluwé, partner at HRbuilders, is co-founder of this new company. PAYROLLbuilders started in July 2017 and is already serving 7 clients: 4 with own employees and 3 with freelancers.

Robby De Caluwé, Chief Enabler at PAYROLLbuilders: “Payrollis a core process in HR. For years, I’ve been supporting companies by providing them with the best consultants in HR and payroll. Because the market asks us to also support HR-departments with their administration, we are buildinga #Dreamteam with “flying payroll consultants”.

PAYROLLbuilders’ USP is theirindependency. “We are an add-on for the services social secretaries and interim agencies offer. We can be their partner, to support our clients in an independent way.”

PAYROLLbuilders dreams big. Robby plans to hire 10 payroll consultants by mid-2018, and he wants to double his network of freelance payroll experts by then. The market is clearly ready for us, we want to be able to respond to our customers’ needs.”

Robby De Caluwé: “We decided that at least 80% of our company cars needs to be electric. This means that by mid-2018 we will have about 10 BMW i3’s on the road. We chose BMW i3, because they fi t our sustainable values. All cars are produced without any emission.”

Naomi Thysebaert, first PAYROLLbuilders #Dreamteam member is very excited about her sustainable company car: “I have to admit that at first, I was a bit scared to drive an electric car. As soon as I started driving, I was surprised by the sporty and futuristic appearance.”
