However, we cannot guarantee next day service

“Request a Book”

Use the information on the ILL Request to fill in

the fields

Submit request

Then “Exit to Main Menu”

Please order only 5 articles per day

Repeat these steps for each request

Then Click on

“Exit ILLiad System”

When requests are complete.

Click on “Interlibrary

Loan & Document Delivery”

When you get an e-mail that

informs you of the

arrival of your article

If you would like to check the status

of your request

“Previous Requests”

Check the Status of

“Outstanding Requests”

Download via

“Electronic Delivery”

Pick-up or Download

your articleor

Check the status of

your request

You will have 5 days or 5 tries to retrieve your documents

Books can be picked-up at the HPD Library
