CLIENT-BASED OFFERINGSHP's Client-Based CBT courses are available as a Downloadable file or on CD-ROM. These self-paced multimedia driven courses use a combination of video, audio, text, and animated graphics to teach the basics of how to use HPsoftware. These courses can be purchased from HP’s Education site as well (www.merc-training.com).

Computer-based Site License AgreementAs a complement to our traditional, instructor-led classes, HP provides an array of computer-based course titles. A Computer-based Site License Agreement is the perfect solution for customers

who have a large, widely dispersed student population that require basic training on products. The license agreement provides unlimited use, for an unlimited number of students, for a single course title or for an entire library of titles, depending on the licensepurchased.

The CBT Site License agreement can represent a significant savings, particularly when student volumes are in the hundreds to thousands.

PRODUCT SPECIALISTThe HP Product Specialist exam validates core product skills based on public training.

CERTIFIED PRODUCT CONSULTANT (CPC)The HP CPC exam certifies that candidates have demonstrated extensive knowledge and ability with HP products. These exams are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with several years of experience in their respective fields. The CPC is a hands-on, lab-based examination using actual HP software. Certifications are organized by product and based on a specific release family of the software.

Flexible PricingHP offers a Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA), for any public and onsite training delivery option.

VOLUME PURCHASE AGREEMENT The VPA provides discounts for purchasing training days in bulk. Training days may be applied to public or onsite training (six training days is equal to one onsite day).
