You will communicate with the agency for status updates… When the MOA is sent 2 weeks to ensure receipt of MOA Every week for updates until it is signed and sent

5) Permit
I will give you a permit to register
Faculty are generally assigned to sections after permits issued

Journal
This should be a daily summary of your activities, what you learned, and your responsibilities. This must be typed. Questions and answers to those questions Terminology – what did you learn
Record your total hours & cumulative hours with each entry
Site Supervisors must initial hour log each week
Project
Project proposal MUST be approved by the university supervisor BEFORE the intern starts on the project.
The project proposal is due ~10 working days after the intern begins the internship.
Benefit to the agency/benefit to intern – Significant enough for 200 pts.
