Sensor ControllersThe best time to water your garden to avoid leaf scorch and excessive evaporation is at Sunrise or Sunset, but it is not always convenient to be available to do it yourself at these times of the day.The Hozelock Sensor Controller range of automatic watering controllers will take care of this for you as they include a day light sensor that automatically adjusts your daily watering schedule to start at sunrise and sunset. Both units are supplied ready to use with the most popular watering schedule of twice a day for 10 minutes, simply insert batteries to get started.

There are two models available in the range, the Sensor Controller that automatically waters every day at sunrise, sunset or both sunrise and sunset. Alternatively the Sensor Controller Plus has the added functionality of selecting every day through to once a week.See page 35

Flowmax™ Auto ReelAnother great development for 2016 sees the introduction of the NEW Flowmax™ Auto Reel. Utilising a wider diameter hose, the Flowmax™ Auto Reel delivers up to 35% more flow allowing consumers to water more efficiently. When finished watering, the magic of the Auto Reel takes over by automatically putting the hose away.

Aquaforce performance data

Performance

The Hozelock range of Aquaforce pumps is powerful and power efficient but also flexible for different consumer needs.

The Aquaforce range has improved flow rates to ensure water clarity and waterfall power are optimised. The range also has improved wattages, which means consumers will be delighted with the reduced running costs.

The motors feature a water-cooling system, which ensures that the pumps are kept at a constant temperature and reduce the risk of overheating. Ceramic bearings along with thrust washers ensure the motors are ultra reliable.

Extensive testing has been carried out to ensure the reliability of the pumps and a 3-year guarantee is offered for all models.

The Aquaforces have a considerably increased cage surface area, which allows the maximum amount of waste to be collected and pumped to the filter system. It also means that the cage is far less likely to clog, which will save the consumer from constant cleaning.

Features

All Aquaforces come with a wildlife protection insert that allows the consumer to reduce the inlet solids diameter from 6mm/10mm (dependant on model) to 2mm. This prevents wildlife such as tadpoles, newts and small fish getting into the cage.

The new larger Aquaforces (6000, 8000, 12000 & 15000) are all able to operate amphibiously.

These larger models feature a second inlet, which allows the consumer to operate an optional skimmer or satellite filter. Additionally the included flow control also allows the consumer to adjust the flow of water to their waterfall or filter. It also allows the consumer to control the amount of water being drawn from the second inlet.

Easy Installation and Maintenance

Sturdy carry handle helps with installation and maintenance.

The cage clips allow the consumer easy, tool free access to the pump for maintenance.

As with all Hozelock Cyprio products the new Aquaforce pumps have a full spares support package.
